You can quickly get to Liseberg, Universeum, Ullevi, Kulturkalaset, Way Out West, Scandinavium, etc. If you prefer to use public transport, the bus stop is 200 meters from the house. Private parking and patio with barbecue grill.

We have just expanded and renovated our villa into a large, modern and cosy home. From the living room and kitchen, the view is breathtaking. On the terrace there is the spa area with hot tub, sauna, cold water barrel and outdoor shower. The plot borders the forest where there is a playground with a cable car, swing, climbing rope, etc. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea with a lovely sandy beach, playground and ice cream cafe.

Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
