A dream home immersed in the beautiful countryside, surrounded by 3 hectares of lush greenery, just a few kilometers from the center of Rome. Villa with three large bedrooms with AC and an en suite bathroom with a shower, designed for maximum comfort and privacy for 6 people. A car is recommended for getting around. NO PARTIES/VIDEO SHOOTING. The caretaker, Silvio, lives in an annex next to the main house. He takes care of the garden, the vegetable garden, the ponies, and the dog, Nala, who is very sweet and outgoing with everyone.
