Villa was amazing. Cared for by hosts from start to finish. The organised boat trip touring three islands is an absolute must. Eight of us shared the Villa and it was a perfect size. The villa is ideally situated with bakery, supermarket and pizza restaurant within a very short distance and beautiful bay, shops and more restaurants within 15-20 minutes walk. Hosts gave direct number so we could contact them throughout our stay. Amazing time had by all.

Just got back from eleven days, the villa is amazing , Ilija& Maria arranged a taxi to pick us up at the airport and greeted us when we arrived, we were lucky to be able to get into the villa early (but understand this is not always possible). The fridge was stocked with lots of lovely things so we didn’t have to got to the supermarket straight away and we could enjoy the pool & lovely comfy sunbeds , the villa has everything you need there are lots of little extra touches that make your holiday special. It is a 40 minute walk down into Cavtat but it is well worth with lots of lovely restaurants & cafe bars, we got an uber back varying from 5- 8 euros. Thank you for making our holiday special.

We had a lovley time in villa schola . Our family loved the pool area ..the weather wasn't the best so we only used the pool on a few days . We used the outside eating area for breakfast most mornings and cooked on the BBQ for dinner on one night .

Beautiful home with 10/10 amenities. Hot tub, pool, and Sauna were all very clean and worked perfectly. Boris, the local host, was super helpful with arranging travel from the airport and was willing to meet us to check-in even though our flight arrived after 11pm. View is unreal.

My family of 6 had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beautiful villa set in such a peaceful setting. We used Uber to get around and never had to wait more than 15 minutes. 15 mins to Dubrovnik and in the other direction beautiful Cavtat. Beaches at Mlini and Sbreno beautiful with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to friends

Andrea’s place was truly something out of a magazine—every detail was thoughtfully designed, and no expense was spared. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were greeted with a bottle of local wine, chocolates, and a refrigerator stocked with delicious meats, cheeses, and fresh bread. Such a lovely touch! The village of Orašac is absolutely charming. The locals are warm and friendly, and the nearby coffee shop/pub was perfect for an evening nightcap. Andrea went above and beyond during our stay. She even brought us outlet adapters so we could charge our phones—completely unprompted. She also recommended a private skipper for a day tour of the nearby islands and Blue Cave, which was an unforgettable experience. The skipper was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and the boat was fully stocked with wine, beer, water, and towels. Like another reviewer said: if I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Highly, highly recommend!

My wife and I spent a fantastic week here with friends and family! The villa is light, modern, and spacious. The surrounding hills / mountains are beautiful. The view of the Adriatic, while partially obscured by construction, is stunning. The location is great: close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Stocking up at Studenac or Konzum a few miles away was convenient! Note that getting here can be tricky - GPS can be a bit off and coming from Cavtat / the airport takes a near 180° turn. Some Ubers struggled finding us. Lukša was an excellent host. He’s communicative and quick to assist with any request / issue. His recommendation of a private dinner by Chef Dario was a highlight - Dario and his team were accommodating and the meal exceptional! The maids were warm, attentive, and having daily breakfast is incredible. Small tip - if you plan to request laundry service, bring a laundry bag or perhaps Lukša could provide one in the future! Highly recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Dubrovnik!

A beautiful, spacious, well equipped villa. Ida was very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The house, pool and grounds are superbly maintained. On arrival Ida had provided food essentials and much more. We were very grateful not to need to do a shop on our first day. We strongly recommend this accommodation for a family or group of friends.

Nick was an amazing host. The host met us when we arrived and was helpful both before and during the stay, with tips on restaurants, activities, etc. for the best stay. The house has everything you want and the location is amazing. Kayaks, bikes and fully equipped kitchen, etc. There are some genuine restaurants in the area, Gym, grocery stores and salons. Uber smoothly into town in about 15 minutes for sightseeing. Can highly recommend this villa that Nicke rents out, a safe card! Enjoy😃

An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Dubrovnik Old Town! Our stay at Ivana's beautiful property in Dubrovnik was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right inside the historic Old Town, we were just steps away from the bustling main street, Stradun, yet enjoyed a peaceful retreat. Being able to walk out and immediately be immersed in the charming alleyways, vibrant atmosphere, and stunning architecture of Dubrovnik was truly magical. All the major sights, fantastic restaurants, and lovely shops were within incredibly easy reach. Beyond the prime location, Ivana herself and her husband are an exceptionally helpful host. From the moment we booked, communication was seamless, and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A fantastic villa built to a very high standard with every possible amenity you could need. Our host was very attentive and was happy to arrange any trips we was interested in. We had a private boat trip around the islands which was an amazing day although expensive it was well worth it, the captain was willing to take us where we wanted to go he also arranged booking a restaurant for us to eat lunch. Again fantastic food looking out in the bay of Lopud island. There is a small shop at the bottom of the road easy walking distance that sold all the standard convenience items including a butchers ideal to pick up a few steaks to go on the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen. You do need a car if you are intending to go down into Cavtat it’s around 2 miles down a hill so 4 mile round trip if you walk it and the return trip is uphill all the way. We had an amazing week and would definitely return at some point in the future Thank you Antonija for making our holiday so memorable

Villa Enjoy was exactly what our group of 7 friends needed. Plenty of room, very scenic, cool dips in the pool, and the villa was immaculate from top to bottom. Having laundry facilities was a bonus at this point of our trip. It is close enough to Dubrovnik without having to deal with the crowds in the city. What made this place stand out above and beyond every other place we visited in Croatia was John. He went out of his way to help us enjoy our stay. He arranged private day trips to Bosnia, Montenegro and a tour guide for the ancient city walls. He included stops for wine tasting, fresh oysters, and historic towns along the way. He also cooked us an authentic Croatian meal at the house. Our group of 7 felt like rock stars with the VIP treatment. There is no way we would have been able to experience as much as we did if we hadn’t booked and met John. Thanks a bunch!!

Maxim’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. We were 6 ladies so all had own bedroom and bathroom. Living area, patio and pool area were all perfect for our group too. Location is fantastic, beautiful surroundings and short walk to pretty shingle beaches and some wonderful restaurants. Quiet, peaceful location. Natalia and Maxim were responsive, helpful and informative. Also allowed us late check out due to late flight as villa was free for couple days after we left. They also got some shopping in for us on arrival as we didn’t arrive until late eve, and arranged airport transfers. Wonderful stay thank you!

This villa is very special - we really enjoyed the privacy, lovely outdoor spaces and its proximity to restaurants, supermarket, bakery and walks by the water. Check in was straightforward and communication with the host excellent. It's certainly one we would return to - we loved it!
