Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Mirna was extremely welcoming and helpful! The Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, it felt private but at the same time you can easily walk 3 minutes to the road to be picked up by a taxi or your own car. There is a freshwater stream going through next to the apartment that you can hear from inside which gave that amazing calming sound. If we needed anything we just easily messaged Mirna and she responds very quickly. She gave us recommendations on things such as markets. There is a restaurant at the nearby hotel (where you may choose to park) and the food is great and the prices are reasonable! My husband and I truly wish we could live here forever, it was amazing. Very heartbreaking to leave. Thank you again to Mirna for the amazing experience!

Modernized apartment with a very good view, close to a beach and several restaurants. The historic center is a 20-minute walk away, the road is very nice. Anita was very nice and attentive when we needed help

Very beautiful, clean and cozy apt. Paulina is very friendly and helpful. She was always available to answer all my queries and clear I. Her communication . She is also very flexible to suite our needs and change in plans. She went over and above in guiding us throughout our stay in Dubrovnik and beyond.

Exactly as pictured! This place was perfect and very convenient to get into the heart of the city. 5-7 minute walk down stairs to the Old Town (and 15 minute walk up all the steps with some breaks for deep breaths and breathtaking views). Host was wonderfully helpful with check in and very friendly, offering recommendations on wines and attractions. Parking was right outside the unit and incredibly convenient - we didn’t move the car while we were there because parking around the city is difficult but this space fit a small sedan very easily. The area was safe and the washer worked as advertised. No dryer in unit but drying lines and clips available outside. Didn’t cook in the kitchen but met our needs. Would recommend the unit for 1-2 people. Overall great stay!

Frenci’s apartment is in a great location - it’s a short walk to both the centre of Lapad and the local beaches. It was also close to bus stops which would take you into Dubrovnik old town, roughly a 10 minute ride away. The facilities were ideal for our family of four and Frenci was a responsive and courteous host who left clear instructions and the listing was very accurately described. The facilities were all spotlessly clean on arrival and it was very well equipped for children. Fantastic value for money, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you

This unit is well set up for 2 couples. Each bedroom has a bathroom and the balcony and living room areas are roomy enough to socialize. It is a great set up. The location allows for a gentle 2 km walk in one direction to the old city and then in the other, to find a nice beach. Petar was very helpful in setting up a driver to get us to the airport early in the morning.

This is a lovely place to stay, my friends and I were very impressed with the apartment. It was lovely and clean. The views from the balcony are simply stunning. Would def recommend this apartment. The host Toni, met us on the first day and talked us through the facilities and even gave great recommendations for nearby places to visit and eat. All in all, the host was a pleasure to deal with and the apartment was as described and very well presented. Would def stay there again.

The place was a perfect find for our family of 4 (2 young children). The place is a few minutes drive from the airport and it was easy to get around on the east coast by car or using public bus lines. The host was really nice and helpful giving recommendations about places to visit and where to eat. We also got to taste good home made wines, liquor and grappa, and also home made sausages, which where really good and felt especially welcoming. The kids loved the place and there was colouring pencils and paper in the appartment so they could draw pictures. The kids also loved the friendly dog Cookie, which lives downstairs :) All in all, we had a great holiday in Croatia which was mainly due the awesome appartment, recommendations from the host regarding places to see and also easy access to the sightseeings and restaurants, airport etc., from the appartment. The stay was great, apartment as advertised. Simple, but compatible for a few days in the area. Great area, 30 min from Dubrovik They served us very well, extremely available and with a smile on our face. In addition to Pet friendly, they were super nice to our little dog. Would recommend.

Listing as described. Perfect location close to small quiet beaches and at the same time close to Dubrovnik. Public transport nearby. Lazar is very friendly, he even helped us carry our luggage. I would recommend this nice little place!

LOCATION is perfect esp. if you want to avoid the steps. The place is suoer clean and bigger than the picture.

Kristina’s apartment is equipped with top quality furniture and decoration. It is very spacious. The best part is the two balconies facing to the ocean, you can sit there enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. There is a little bit walk to the old town, but it’s quite pleasant walk. Kristina and Robi are excellent hosts. They greet to their guests in person and give very detailed information about Dubrovnik, and they are very responsive. It was a very pleasant stay in Kristina’s place. I highly recommend it.

Great place for the price. Location was excellent. Maris was very helpful, responsive and informative! As one review pointed out there is a LOT of uphill steps to get from the old city to the apartment, so enjoy the free workout every time you head back to the apartment 😉 Definitely not accessible for people with mobility issues, but to be honest that goes for Dubrovnik in general.

The accommodation was excellent—very clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. It has a beautiful balcony facing the sea, offering a stunning view of the sea from both the room and the balcony. The host and their family were also incredibly warm and welcoming. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but they greeted us warmly and kindly helped us check in early. The transportation was also convenient, as it was very close to the bus stop. I think staying here offers a much better experience than staying near the old town for us tourists.
