Only if you would be on a boat, you would actually be closer to the sea. You literally only need ten steps from your bedroom to get to the sea. The terrace is ideal for lazy sunny days, as it is just inches from the sea and has plenty of space for sunbathing. The historical old center of Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and it is easily accessible.

1 bedroom studio with sea views and 5 minutes to old city. Although it's very close to city DO NOT book if you unable to walk 100 steps up. However we offer luggage delivery services based on availability and prior arrangements. Besides splendid views this studio has full bedroom and partial kitchen with sofa .
