Family-friendly vacation rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Wow! What an amazing stay we have had! Hosts were always available with queries, supplied lots of information and tips in relation to Dubrovnik and left maps/guidebook also. Attention to detail was incredible and absolutely everything was thought of - board games, books, coffee machine with pods and little milks. The apartment was spotless, so clean, the views are out of this world - loads of room on the terrace to sunbathe, sit in the shade and then have a dip in the hot tub with the views. Air conditioning was great after a day strolling around the Old Town - the bus was at the top of the hill which takes you into Old Town Dubrovnik within 10/15 minutes. The hosts even sent us the timetable of the bus schedule - absolutely everything was thought out. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

Sandra's villa is beautiful. we stayed as a group of 7 friends. its really we equipped, beautiful surroundings. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance and very easy to get further by cab . Great stay we'll be back!

Neven was an incredible host, who met us at the property and gave us a tour. We even had some snacks waiting for us (very much needed after our flight!) Prior to the visit Neven had sent an array of information detailing restaurant recommendations and places to visit, this was very useful when planning our stay. Among the cleanliness of the property and location one the highlights was the amazing sculptures at the property and the stories behind them. We came to celebrate my Husband's 40th and would absolutely come back. Neven is a credit to AirBnB hosting and we truly wish him all the best 😊.

What an intimate way to enjoy the bustling town of Dubrovnik! Pictures don't do justice to the charm of this home. It was the perfect place for two families - plenty of bathrooms and cozy common-space. Most importantly, Darko is a gracious host who provided excellent recommendations of how to approach Dubrovnik in the amount of time we had. We felt very welcome and appreciated his great communication. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay at Mario’s property. The location was excellent especially if you are looking for a boat pickup for any activity. The place is very well kept and maintained. The highlight was the Jacuzzi by the river, which was one of a kind experience. Mario and his wife were excellent host and communication was spot on. We loved the property and would love to come back.

Her warm hospitality and thoughtful recommendations truly enhanced my experience exploring the city. I was especially grateful that she arranged transport for my very early morning departure, which was such a kind and helpful gesture. Contentissime di aver scelto l’appartamento di Iva per il nostro soggiorno a Dubrovnik. La casa molto carina,fornita di tutto il necessario, pulita e in un’ottima posizione (centrale ma non nel caos turistico). Siamo state come a casa.

Located about 30 mins by bus outside Dubrovnik it us definitely worth the extra effort. The view from the patio is stunning and there is everything you need provided. If you are looking to escape the manic main areas and don't want an all-inclusive experience this is it. the villa is on a main route direct to the old town and if you buy the dubrovnik pass the bus is free. There is a faily steep walk and a fair few steps to reach the villa so you need to be fit but you can use bolt or taxi to the property. great value for money

L’hôte a été très réactif par message, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires avant notre arrivée. Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description : bien aménagé, avec tout le nécessaire pour une semaine agréable (shampooing, savon, climatisation, etc.). Rien ne manquait. Nous recommandons vivement !

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. The attention to detail that both Sandra and especially Mateo did for our stay was like a dream come true. Everything you could possibly want in an apartment. The villa is a gem. The views are unbelievable, the peacefulness was amazing and there are not enough words for the amount of help Diana gave us. Diana waited for us with fruit, charcuterie board, drinks and home made pastry. She set up all the transportation we requested and gave us suggestions of things to do. She even brought us flour at 9:00 pm so we can make crepes. The only thing that you can’t do is walk to places. So, if you are a walker and want a lot of things to do all day, you might want to pick a different villa. We spent time enjoying the views and peacefulness and had time to go sightseeing.

Das kleine Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Cavtat und Dubrovnik, beides super mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Auch Mlini und Srebreno sind mindestens einen Besuch wert und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist perfekt - ruhig und gut angebunden. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, da das Apartment neuer und modernen eingerichtet ist, als auf den Bildern. Alles, was man braucht ist da, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum, der Pool super sauber und quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gastgeber sind zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und reagieren sehr schnell. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch mitten in den Nacht wieder hingefahren - vielen Dank! Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)
