Beachfront vacation rentals in Old Town, Dubrovnik

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

This is the second time I have stayed in Renata's apartment...and I would happily stay there again. The location is wonderful, the deck is fabulous, and the bed is quite comfortable. it has everything I needed for a long stay. (over 1 month total).

Замечательная студия в двухэтажном доме с большим прекрасным садом в 5-7 минутах ходьбы от Старого города. Альберто живет рядом в том же доме и всегда готов помочь. Контакт с Альберто был очень приятным, он быстро отвечал, дал несколько полезных рекомендаций и выполнил наши дополнительные пожелания. В студии есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания, в ней уютно и тихо, а столик перед входом - идеальное место для приема пищи и отдыха после прогулок по Дубровнику. С удовольствием приедем еще раз.

Fantastic, central apartment close to everything

Ivanka is a truly wonderful host – attentive, incredibly helpful, and always present when needed. The flat itself is perfect: beautifully clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a stone’s throw from the sea and well connected to all the must-see spots around Dubrovnik. It’s the ideal base for exploring this stunning part of the world. Thank you, Ivanka, for making my stay so enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a more gracious host!

lovely stay, v relaxing and beautiful property in a wonderful location. irena was v welcoming and super helpful and took the stress out of airport transfers by booking taxi for us. she has a lovely eye for detail.

Nike’s place was great. It is accurately described & it looks like the photos. She was flexible with our check in which was really helpful. She gave us great recs for restaurants & grocery stores. It’s cozy but it has everything you might need!

We enjoyed Dubrovnik very much and Ivo's place was perfect for our stay. We walked 25min into Old Town many times during our trip and enjoyed it. It was a little away from the crowds so we liked the peacefulness of the area. The view from the balcony of the Adriatic sea was beautiful. We would recommend :)

Absolutely fabulous 5 days in this beautiful apartment with outstanding views! Within easy walking distance of the centre of Cavtat, which has so many great restaurants & beach bars! It is a short steep walk back up (just like a lot of places in the area!) but worth it for the amazing views! We found the road a little easier than the steps, nice to have the option! Victoria was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, even providing fresh towels & toilet rolls mid stay! The pool area was lovely, never busy and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The apartment is on the road into Cavtat (also the inbound flight path), which wasn’t busy at night, also, the apartment seemed very well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anything at night and enjoyed watching the planes in the day! The only disappointing thing was lack of furniture on the bedroom balcony, which was a shame, as we’d like to of used it! We would all highly recommend the apartment and hope to return!

Mario was an exceptional host, helpful, accommodating, and gave us a quick tour of the area at check-in. It’s a perfect place for two people looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle of Dubrovnik.

We were very pleased and our expectations were exceeded in many ways. Beautiful views were astonishing and the pool area was peaceful and clean as well as equiped with good sunbeds. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. By using Uber we were able to achieve what we wanted, with very reasonable price, although local buses were available too.

We stayed for 4 nights with our family, children age 4 & 2. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and explore Dubrovnik. The apartment is perfectly located just steps from the old town / city walls, for a short trip this was ideal. Everything is on your doorstep, you can walk everywhere. The house is beautiful and Ivona has done a wonderful job of designing it. It was so well equipped with everything you needed. Michael welcomed us and even arranged our transfer from the airport. They had left us a selection of snacks including bread, milk, jams, coffee pods, wine, beer which was great. The swimming pool area is a bonus and we enjoyed an afternoon swimming and enjoying the views. The whole complex is spotless and so well maintained. I was a little apprehensive as of whether the children would enjoy Dubrovnik, however they loved it and I would recommend. We hope to return one day and if you are considering booking, book early, you will not disappointed. Thank you!

Das kleine Apartment ist sehr schön gelegen zwischen Cavtat und Dubrovnik, beides super mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Auch Mlini und Srebreno sind mindestens einen Besuch wert und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Umgebung ist perfekt - ruhig und gut angebunden. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, da das Apartment neuer und modernen eingerichtet ist, als auf den Bildern. Alles, was man braucht ist da, die Aussicht vom Balkon ist ein Traum, der Pool super sauber und quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gastgeber sind zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und reagieren sehr schnell. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch mitten in den Nacht wieder hingefahren - vielen Dank! Wir können es sehr empfehlen!

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)

Location is perfect for access to the Old City. We really enjoyed having a 2 minute walk to the Pile Gate. Apartment felt safe and quiet. It was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the patio with the adustable awning. We requested Zeljko to pick us up at the airport. Our flight was late, so it was nice to not have to find the place on our own. He gave great instructions and pointed out nearby markets, etc. He made us feel very welcomed! We would stay there again!

Had a great stay in a lovely apartment. Ivica is a great host and made us feel very welcome. Lovely view from the balcony over the bay and the Old Town. Apartment is close to the Old Town, sights, beaches and restaurants. The steps from the Old Town up to the apartment were interesting and we went home fitter and healthier than when we arrived 😁

We were very happy with Teo’s place and loved being in the Old Town just a few minutes away from many restaurants and beautiful sights and attractions. Since it was down a side street it was very peaceful as well. It was very clean and had enough space for two people for a few days. Teo was very helpful and gave us recommendations about the town along with information about the flat itself. We really enjoyed our stay!

Jele, our wonderful host made us feel welcome and at home from the start. She organised a pick up from the airport for us, provided cool and refreshing drinks which were hugely appreciated and even gifted us with a sampling of her traditional walnut liquer. We loved the location as it was so easy to walk into the old town, and provided us with beautiful views of the mediterranean as well as the old town. We had such a great stay that it was sad to say goodbye.

Very cozy with solid views. A bit small, but WELL worth the price. Fantastic location; only a ~5 minute walk to Pile Gate. I would definitely stay here again if traveling solo or with a partner. Although beds are small, so you’ll likely be sleeping separately. Perfect for two friends!

What a place and experience! Nataša was fantastic, meeting us at apt and answering ALL questions. Recommendations enhanced experience. The view might give you reason not to explore Dubrovnik but it only gets better. Leaving with wonderful memories!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mirjanas apartment, it's in a great location only 5 minute walk from the old town, and has a small supermarket and bakery only 2 minutes away to buy what we needed. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Peaceful garden to the front of the apartment for us to enjoy breakfast each morning. Mirjana was a good host. Would definitely recommend!

Ivana’s flat is really quite special. We chose it for the location and views and it did not disappoint. The beach out the window was delightful…we will hold such special memories of this place! The location was perfect…just outside the walled city, but 80% less crazy than i sode the walls. The flat is small (we are a family of four), but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we spent most of our time outside or looking out the windows at the gorgeous views. Ivana was such an incredible host. She is so friendly and helpful, which we appreciated so much! She arranged for transport to and from the airport and answered every question. We felt like guests and appreciate Ivana and other locals sharing their beautiful country with us!
