Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Old Forge

We have stayed at several ABNBs ,this was by far the nicest, cleanest, and most well equipped with necessities. A joy to stay in and we felt right at home. I cannot say enough what a nice time we had and we all wish we could have stayed longer. A little piece of snowy heaven.

Excellent place. pictures undersell the size of the interior and how close it is to the water. plenty of room for 10 of us. comfortable beds and furniture. enough kitchen utensils to cook most meals but you won't be getting technical. bring your own food storage for leftovers. dock is a few steps down the hill and great for small game fishing. but during the spring there were a lot of biting bugs so be prepared. didn't stop us from fishing all day. there was also a beach nearby. we seemed to have the property to ourselves but it looks like it could be a little tight at full occupancy. the Lakeview Chalet has a private balcony and fire pit so you'll still be able to get your space. everyone was very friendly and responsive. all in all an excellent experience and we will be back. thank you!

We had a great time over a holiday weekend! The house was close to a few places to get necessities and a few places to eat. It was within a half hour to a few ski areas also, which was the main plan of our trip. The house was beautiful and clean. Thr sauna and hot tub were great features of the home. We got a good amount of snow while there and Julian was quick to keep us updated on having the driveway plowed. The area is beautiful wotha lake view. The house had plenty of space and bathrooms for our two families. Everything was clean and in goof shape when we arrived.

Our family had a great stay at Josh's house. The location is super convenient and we were able to walk everywhere in Old Forge. Ample parking, comfortable beds, and all the necessities were provided. We would definitely book again!

The camp was just right for our group. We had a great time watching the lake (too cold to swim in mid-May - but we were tempted!), gathering around the fire pit at night, walking the area and drinking in the whole experience. The camp was well stocked with everything we needed. We would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great host and beautiful place to stay! Everything was very organized and clean. Close to town and easily walkable distance to main strip of Old Forge. Was even greeted by some deer every morning! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the fire pit and river in the backyard.

We very much enjoyed our stay! the camp had everything we needed for our long weekend trip to Old Forge. I would definitely stay there again and maybe even for a longer stint.

Amy and Ryan’s home was such a joy! Very well appointed with almost everything you could think of needing, such a cute aesthetic and in a great location. Amy went above and beyond and gave tons of local recommendations that were open during our stay. Highly recommend!

Had an awesome time staying here for our snowmobiling trip. Enough room for truck and trailer and we really liked being able to pull our snowmobiles in the heated garage when we got back. Access to the trail is literally behind the house! Super convenient! Hosts were very nice and responsive to any questions we may have had. Definitely recommend staying here!

Another great example of the listing matching reality. Great responsive host and perfect location for anglers and boaters who bring their own boat. It cannot get more convenient with the low key but public boat ramp literally adjacent to this property.

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also a large parking space that was perfect for the cargo van we were traveling in. Juan was very polite, friendly and responded to everything quickly. I would highly recommend this place if you need something in the area.

Elise was always helpful and responsive. Riding snowmobile for the first time in Old Forge was great and finding the trail from this location was a breeze. The apartment was perfect for what I wanted; clean, new, private, even tall ceilings for a very open feel. So glad I chose this place over a motel.

This was our second year staying here and we love it! We will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing detailed instructions and answering all my questions promptly. The property itself was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore.

This cabin is nestled in the woods providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere, yet its 2 mins from town so anything you might need is conveniently located. The cabin is adorable, the outdoor space with the fire pit is perfect for enjoying a campfire, and the trails right behind the cabin are so convenient for nature lovers.

We loved our stay at Ericas place. Very quiet, cozy and private , surrounded by beautiful nature and some wild life . Definitely what we were looking for , a perfect relaxing and peaceful getaway, away from the city .

The cottage and property was well maintained. You definitely feel like you’re staying at a person’s home. The books, games, open floor plan, soaking tub, all make you feel cozy and if your staying at a friends cabin without the guilt of being an intrusive guest. The bugs deterred us from being outside at night, but that is to be expected with the view. The kayaks were easy to use and not far from a sandy shore and lake. We stuck to the middle tiny island and floated. It is not deep. The private beaches are not necessary but there is a small area near the painted frog rock where you can place your kayak if you are alone and want to swim. I was told by the renter’s it was fine but you want to ask because I don’t know if it’s technically private shoreline. Sitting in the living room playing trivia and hiking Auger Falls was our family’s highlight and bringing our dog made him so happy. He is still tired! It was the perfect combination of rustic charm with excellent amenities.

We had a wonderful stay at Otter Oasis. Easy check-in, fully stocked kitchen (crockpot, pots/pans, coffee maker, etc), very clean and cozy!

Great little cabin in a great location. Mia responded quickly whenever we messaged her and was so nice to give us extra time to check out since it snowed so much. Love this place

this place was beautiful and SO peaceful!! my partner and i decided to come here for a valentine weekend getaway and it was so worth it. we plan on coming back during summer time to see how beautiful it is during the sunshine :) thank you bonnie, you and your place are amazing!

Had the opportunity to stay at Judys place twice and both times were super impressed! Will be back next year!
