Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Fly Fisherman’s Cottage - Private Retreat!

Cozy Cazenovia Creek Cottage less than 2 miles into the village. This Fly Fisherman’s Cottage sits directly on Chittenango Creek! Chittenango Creek is known for its hiking, biking, and of course world renowned fishing! What used to be the original carriage house down from an 1890 Farm House has been transformed into a rustic space with original exposed beams yet clean and comfortable space with all the modern conveniences. Just a 25 minute to Lake George and only minutes from other Lakes such as Thirteenth Lake in North River and Minerva Lake. White water rafting is just a few minutes from us and the sweet hamlet of North Creek with its great restaurants, bars, Supermarket, liquor store, antique shops and pharmacy is a mile away. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Just off Main Street Walking distance to everywhere Supermarket across the street Spirit store in same plaza. Walk along the beautiful Hudson River And browse local gift shops right in Main Street. Option for third person with a cot only sleeper for an additional charge of $50 A visit to Gore mountain is just a few short minutes away drive. Private guest walking trails to the Hudson and walking path.

The Nest

Your year round base-camp for activities, events, or just relaxing in the Adirondacks. This stylish brand new one-bedroom apartment is perfect for group trips or if the two of you want to get away by yourselves, also featuring a queen size bed with a Dreamcloud mattress in the private bedroom with a TV, plus two sofa beds and a couch to accommodate more in your group if others are joining you. The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.
