Dear Allgäu friends, our cozy apartment is located in the tranquil village of Hasenried away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The apartment is upstairs with great views from the balcony. The balcony can be used all year round, as it is fully equipped with sliding glass windows. Our garden with beautiful pergola is also available for use of our holiday guests. A barbecue or a fireplace can be used on request.

Fantastic farmhouse II in the Allgäu

For rent is the middle part of the house (as shown in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room two bathrooms, a separate toilet and 5 bedrooms over three floors. A balcony and terrace with barbecue are also included. Hasenried is located in the beautiful, hilly Allgäu. The hiking trails start right at the house. Apartment: This is a "wood 100 apartment" completed in 2018! The entire living area was built from solid wood, clay, stone and natural insulation materials! The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!

Favorite place with sauna area for cold days

You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.

Idyllic tiny house in the Allgäu

A tiny house and yet a great sense of space. Very idyllically located behind a carpentry shop, water rippling, birdsong and the Allgäu cowbells ensure complete relaxation. A fantastic view of the mountains and a great starting point for many vacation activities make this place.
