In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Your retreat in the eastern Allgäu foothills of the Alps. I rent my beautiful, bright and newly renovated apartment in Immenhofen, in the idyllic East Allgäu Alpine upland, for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is located in the attic of a detached house on the outskirts of Immenhofen, in a quiet south-east location. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding meadows, mountains and nature, ensures a relaxing stay and provides an ideal starting point for excursions.

The spacious attic apartment (3rd floor) "Oskar" is located right in the heart of Bregenz. Within a few minutes walk (400 m) is the Pfänderbahn (the Bregenz local mountain), the harbor incl. Train station as well as the center of downtown Bregenz. The large bedrooms as well as the spacious living and dining area give the old building in the middle of the city of Bregen a lot of charm and are therefore the ideal place for staying at Lake Constance or Vorarlberg.

We rent our attic apartment with the charm "vacation in grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement. Other things to note Other payments: €1.80 guest tax/adult Person 14 years and older / night €4 garbage for a garbage bag from the municipality.

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.)
