In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have - on the 1st floor! - of our large, older house, we have three rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us, friendly furnishings. At the entrance of the Ötztal valley, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 min) and car (parking at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region has to offer. The farm shop, bakery and butcher are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

From this centrally located accommodation, you can quickly reach the magical Lake Constance, Austria and Switzerland. The Upper Allgäu is also within easy reach.

The farmhouse is approx. 230 years old and offers space for 2-6 people in cozy and traditionally furnished apartments. On the playground (swing, slide, seesaw, sandbox) as well as in the play barn, children have wonderful opportunities to romp around. In front of the door, hiking trails and the swimming lake invite you to activity or relaxation.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Your retreat in the eastern Allgäu foothills of the Alps. I rent my beautiful, bright and newly renovated apartment in Immenhofen, in the idyllic East Allgäu Alpine upland, for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is located in the attic of a detached house on the outskirts of Immenhofen, in a quiet south-east location. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding meadows, mountains and nature, ensures a relaxing stay and provides an ideal starting point for excursions.

We rent our attic apartment with the charm "vacation in grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement. Other things to note Other payments: €1.80 guest tax/adult Person 14 years and older / night €4 garbage for a garbage bag from the municipality.

We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials.
