I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views in the beautiful climatic health resort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Brenda´s Mountain Home

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Tourist tax must be paid separately when the guest card is issued. A nature shop and 2 restaurants are in the immediate vicinity of the property. The nearest bus stop is within a 3-minute walk. The summer guest card includes a mountain railway ticket for all mountain railways in the valley. Nebelhorn and Söllereck cable cars included.

Our house on the Krähenberg is in a quiet secluded location on the edge of the wilderness. The small apartment with the huge terrace is suitable for hiking on your doorstep or skiing directly on the ski lift. You can keep your distance well. You feel most comfortable here as a couple with and without a child/dog. From December to March, the restaurant s'Elsa - WunderBar is open during the day, which is located on the same level. In the silence of nature at 1,000 meters above sea level lies the apartment "Füchsle" with 42 square meters in the basement of our house, which was built in 1981 in block construction. Enjoy the breathtaking view of a unique mountain scenery from the spacious terrace. Skiers can ski directly from the front door to the ski slope in the snowy months. In the summer months, you can hike directly from the apartment.
