Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Ferienwohnung RottachSee Allgäu

In an idyllic location, the apartment is located at 900 meters, surrounded by picturesque nature, just a 5 minute walk away from Rottachsee, in front of the imposing backdrop of the beginning "2000" mountains. On the balcony, they enjoy the view of the hills and mountains of the Allgäu Voralpenland. Old wooden elements and the view from the balcony give it a special charm. You can park comfortably outside the front door in the carport reserved for our guests.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
