The 40 m² apartment + 10 m² balcony is located in a residential complex about 700 m from the Weissensee and 10 km from the Breitenbergbahn. The environment is perfect for swimming, skiing, hiking, biking. The pool and sauna can be reached via a basement corridor. On the outdoor area there is a barbecue area, tennis court, mini golf course. Important: In November, the pool & large sauna are closed due to Closed for maintenance from about 11/05. The small sauna (up to 4 people) remains open.

In the Heart of the Island

In the bedroom there is a king size bed, a wardrobe, a table with two chairs and 2 side boards with the light on top. The second bedroom is created in the living room/dining room as the sofa is converted in to a double bed (140x190)cm and an extra mattress, makes it very comfy. When the apartment is occupied from only 2 guests, then, it is a complete 1 floor apartment, with no neighbors, with a bedroom of 180x200cm double bed, a living room/dining room, a complete kitchen and a bathroom.

King Ludwig's Old Neighbour

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Retro apartment plus construction trailer right on the lake

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Within 3 min walking distance 3 different restaurants. 3 Supermarkets within 10min walk. 3 km from Bregenzer Festspiele, 3 km from Lindau Therme, 14 km from Dornbirn Exhibition Centre, 34km from Friedrichshafen Fairground and 39km from Olma Messen in St Gallen.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the second floor directly on the shores of Lake Forggensee with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). A playground and playroom are available at the hotel. Pets are not permitted

Apartment with a nice terrace near the lake

My accommodation is located at our detached house in a quiet residential area very close to Lake Constance. The bus stop for the city bus to Lindau is a few minutes away. A nice foot/bike path goes to Wasserburg Dorf. The 1-bedroom apartment has a nice terrace, where you can also barbecue, and a small garden. Linens, towels and dish towels are included. The nearby, free Lindenhofbad with beach cafe is within walking distance.

Sleeping in the new tiny house

You won't soon forget your time in the tiny house. Kitchen , bathroom with shower and toilet,floor heating , wood stove . Next to the horse pasture and very close to the A7 between Ulm and Memmingen . We are a farm with horses , a therapy cow , dog, cat and chickens . Memmingen with its romantic old town invites you to stroll and stop. Horsemanship, herbal classes or cuddles can be booked. Breakfast on request!
