Comfortable apartment, clean, well located, a few blocks from the zocalo, the air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the rest of the appliances, not noisy, nice view from the roof.

the place is as described, well located, clean, Edith is u very attentive and attentive to what we needed and also made us excellent recommendations to know places in the City, it has a very nice garden and the stay is a cozy place, I would stay in this place again!

Great location short walk to markets and all of the local gardens. Close to restaurants and cafes for morning coffee. Kitchen is equipped if you want to prepare any meals. We were there for 11 days and (Rebecca hope I had it right)gave us great maid service We had a bit of a language barrier but we worked through it. We only wish our Spanish was better.

Alejandro was a superb host! The place was clean and had EVERYTHING we needed with extra amenities. The location was convenient and walkable to everything. We had to change our check-in date and Alejandro was accommodating. I would book my next stay here in a heartbeat.

I would happily stay here again! The location is quiet and short walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Oaxaca is an old rustic city & the house reflects the rustic aesthetic of the city. The house is a sleeper from the exterior. Once inside you see the biggest selling point of this house--4 separate spaces for guests to hang out. The kitchen is the central hub. The courtyard is green with vegetation and hummingbirds. The terrace overlooks the city and is amazing. Also on the 2nd floor is a sun deck and 2 person pool. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and 3 bathrooms are plenty. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom and other large bedroom has bathroom just two steps away. The many gathering areas beat a hotel any day. Mari managed the property while we were there and you can arrange for in home prepared meals. Nothing short of AMAZING. Her mole equaled the Michelin star restaurants in town. We did tours with Zapotec Travel, which were great.

Arnulfo wasTHE BEST host. He gave us so many reccomendations and was so responsive and helpful. Place was beautiful, had a great view and was really tidy. Was slightly noisy with building work next door but otherwise was a perfect stay! Thanks so much Arnulfo xxx

Nice place , well maintained, spacious, close to downtown Oaxaca, markets, and restaurants.

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

Quiet place, Andrea is always friendly and helpful in communication. A little tiring to go up because it's on the 4th floor, but nothing that will bother you. Comfortable, safe.

The place is cozy, the space is good for 4 people and Miriam was always attentive to everything.

Good location. Since there are many rented Airbnbs, there are a lot of people coming and going. It has what you need. Pay attention to the multiple key boxes so as not to get confused. The color of the keys doesn't match the description either. Everything was good with the place and comfort.
