Rustic upstairs studio in a 17th c. old bldg. Its colonial style and many plants keep the heat off during the hottest months making the room a bit dark- but you'll have a sunny terrace. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base that provides a quiet and comfortable stay. The apartment has on the ground floor the living room with an armchair, dining table for two, kitchen and full bathroom with shower; spiral staircase to go up to the floor, where the bedroom with bed, closet, air conditioning and blackout curtains is located, from there you can access the semi-private terrace with two outdoor chairs and an umbrella.

Ideal for large families or groups that come to Oaxaca for vacations, wedings or work. Staying in an old house that is part of the city's history is a privilege. Decorated with furniture made from parts of the old oil factory and rebuilt while bearing in mind the idea of a vintage atmosphere, the house has many features to enjoy Oaxaca and its heart full of flavor and color.
