Condo vacation rentals in Oak Island

This is a great location for walking to the boardwalk, and we were happy to have an elevator since our group included my elderly mother and little kids. Beds were super comfortable. Carnival and fireworks at night were great. Warning to toddler parents: our two year old was able to fit his head and most of his body between the rails on the balcony (and he refused to stop doing it), so we had to make the balcony off limits. The bunk room is on the street side of the building and you can hear the music coming from the bar next door late into the night, although our kids slept fine with a white noise machine. The queen bedroom has no windows and was quiet.

The view was beautiful and Kristen was a great host. My husband had a kidney stone attack the day before we left and she was willing to work with us if we had to stay another night but he felt well enough to leave the next day as he had a doctor‘s appointment scheduled the next day. The view was spectacular!!

David and Nikki’s condo was a great place for our family of four to stay for a short week! David was quick to reply to any of my messages. Also helpful, was a binder full of restaurants including their menus and times of operation. The beach was just steps away, and the condo was bordered by two pools, which our kids loved!

The Condo was wonderful and extremely convenient for going out to the beach, dinner and to hang out. I had a great time and would recommend to others.

It is clear a lot of love and attention goes into maintaining this property. Everything was updated, clean, and organized. Things were clearly labeled to help us during our stay (light switches, cabinets, drawers, etc.). The location was perfect. It was quick and easy to get to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk for restaurants, drinks, and shopping. The view was absolutely stunning. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay here. Clean and welcoming condo. Communication from the host was exceptional. You're right on the beach! Beautiful views. Some construction going on around the building.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in North Myrtle Beach. Two families of three shared the space and it felt like we had enough room to spread out. Condo was quiet, clean and pictures are accurate! We loved that we could walk to restaurants and ice cream! Our host was great - clear communication and great recommendations. Thanks!

This was a great beach vacation for our family. Stuart was fantastic with all communication. He made sure we were settled in and we knew that he was readily available if we needed anything! We will be staying here again in the future!

Very nice stay. Exactly as described. Good value for the price. My parents live on St. James, so it was very close to their home. Nice furnishings and easy access to all that St. James offers. We would stay there again.

Steve’s condo was EXTREMELY clean, maintained and cozy. The view of the ocean here is amazing, it’s about as close to the ocean as you can get! The beach was clean and pretty easy to walk and not nearly as crowded as other places, this condo is also located directly beside the beach access!! Steve as a host was incredible! He was very helpful and informative and wanted to make sure we had the best time possible. We are already thinking about returning to this location for next year’s vacation and if we do, we will certainly book with Steve at this same condo again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were here for my birthday! The owners were incredible! Very kind and gave us great options for restaurants and also a firework display. The condo was perfect. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need and everything worked well. The master bedroom had a great master bath with all amenities. But let me tell you about the master bedroom bed. The most comfortable bed ever!! If you have a rain day and have to stay indoors this is the place to stay. Don't forget to play some song on the guitar. When we come back we will definitely plan our trip to stay here. I cannot thank the owners enough for there hospitality!!

Highly recommend!! I am a clean freak and I rarely find a place that is actually clean..but this one is!! The whole house smelt fresh and clean and was perfect!! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Nicely decorated without being cluttered. Everything you need in the kitchen. They provided beach towels and a closet of beach accessories for use. Everything was in great condition. Super short walk to the beach!!! On the quiet end of the beach but still had great access to everything. The balcony was wonderful to sit out in the morning while eating breakfast. We met the neighbor below who was very nice and offered any help if needed. Nice size pool! This is just a wonderful place to stay!! We loved it and will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing your place with us!!!

The pictures matched Ted’s listing, which is refreshing. If you’re looking for a place with a beautiful view this is it. It was easy to get to with plenty of room for a family. A suggestion I would give is if you like to relax on the couch with a blanket, bring your own. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, dishwasher and a microwave, plus more! It was only my husband and me, so we had lots of room. I loved that there was a TV in the bedroom. The place is close to the beach, too. Highly recommend and will definitely visit again!

I stayed here for a month during one of my med school rotations, and it was the perfect home base. The space was incredibly clean, quiet, and peaceful—ideal for studying after long days. The 4-minute walk to the beach was such a treat and helped me recharge. The host was so kind and always responsive whenever I had a question or needed anything. I truly felt comfortable and cared for during my entire stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-kept place near the ocean!

Matthew's place was awesome! Very close to the beach and near the main hub of Carolina Beach where you can get food and drinks!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

We had a great stay, everything was explain and written down so we did not have to reach out for questions. Great hosts and a wonderful stay.

Kimberly is a super-duper host. Her apartment was over-the-top clean, spacious, and well stocked with all kinds of kitchen wares and all the usual items you need on day one so you don’t have to dash to the grocery. And the location is the best, I think, in Carolina Beach. The building is new, modern, and quiet. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants, the Boardwalk, and all through the old neighborhoods. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Our stay was great. Very flexible and responsive as our trip was very last minute. Within walking distance of the beach as advertised and the pool was lovely! ❤️

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation / graduation trip at Stefanie’s beautiful condo. We had plenty of room and everything we needed without having to bring so much stuff with us. The porch was our favorite place to hang out with the absolute most beautiful views ever. It was wonderful to be able to walk a few short steps to our condo to the beach. Many memories made!! Also, everything was clean and beautiful. Stefanie checked on us frequently, and she was always super helpful and responsive! Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back!

Great location and nice porch. We loved being able to walk to the beach! Just 3 blocks away! Park the car and just hit the sand. We also enjoyed the town’s free fireworks on Thursday. This home gave us a nice space to relax for a great price. Note: that the bunkbeds are connected to one of the bedrooms and there is only the 1 bathroom. All worked for our small family and we had a nice vacation! Book this one! You will enjoy a peaceful stay at a fantastic beach!

It was a last minute booking for our little family! The place was so cute and the view was stunning! Alana was very responsive when I had a question! It was the perfect place on the beach, the kids loved the toys and the pool was a bonus! The sunrise on the balcony was stunning!
