A home in a fantastic location by the sea only 10 meters from the water. With a view over the Stockholm inlet you will see boats and ships pass outside the house that has a terrace towards the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from the center of Stockholm and is secluded from the main building where we ourselves live. Nature reserves for walks and running are a stone's throw from the cottage. The wood-fired hot tub that is on our dock can be rented for an evening. Currently under repair. Available from May 20.

Modern, charming, small but efficiently open-plan home/cottage on a quiet gravel road 500 meters from Söderby Brygga in Västerhaninge - halfway between Stockholm and Nynäshamn. Neighboring houses are within sight, but the location is still secluded. Two sleeping places in the loft via ladder and two sleeping places in sofa bed. TV, WiFi and parking with access to charging station. Heating/cooling with air-to-air heat pump.

A modern house built in 2022, located in a bright southern location right on the beach, offers the best of Swedish nature only 50 minutes from Stockholm City. We are far from the big city, but still only 1 hour from Stockholm, with a nice view of Lake Mälaren and the opportunity to sit on our jetty at sunset. Our guest house is about 45 sqm with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (180 cm bed) and a small living room with sofa bed (140 cm). The guest house is built together with the main building and has its own balcony.
