Private beach, patio, barbecue area, wood-burning stove and wonderful views. You cook the food over an open fire or on a hot plate in the tent. You are soothed by the waves that lull you to sleep. This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

In the summer, the pool is open, and the skateboard ramp is available. The well-planned house is 30 sqm, with a toilet/shower, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and a loft with two sleeping spaces. The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.
