Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. In the bathroom, you will find soap and shampoo at your disposal. There are a couple of bicycles to borrow if you want to discover the surroundings. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to ride up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.
