This unique accommodation is located in the heart of central Solna in a house built in 1929 that consists of three apartments. The house is surrounded by a lush garden with lots of flowers and nice places to have coffee, arrange a barbecue dinner or have a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment has its own entrance from the garden and is newly renovated and in good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped for two people with both dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
