This condo was exactly as described. Despite being a condo it also had several nice amenities such as an onsite restaurant, an onsite spa and their prices were very reasonable. You can also order drinking water and ice from the lobby and order housekeeping services. for a reasonable cost. The condo also had some beach toys and boogie boards that we were able to borrow. Definitely an Airbnb we would love to rent again.

A very clean place a few minutes from the beach, close to Vallarta and Bucerias. It has air conditioning throughout the house and rooms, perfect, its beds are very comfortable. The large pool is in front but it is a common area and is enjoyed. The kitchen is very complete.

The apartment was amazing, it totally matches the description. We went with my whole family, young children, teenagers and adults and we all enjoyed it immensely. The service provided by Karina and Raúl (support staff) made our stay much easier. Very attentive, helpful and friendly. The location with the pool, and the sea in front is priceless. The ocean view from the rooms is BEAUTIFUL!! Thank you for everything, I'll come back.

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. The home itself is well-equipped with amazing amenities that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Vallarta Shores, at Daniel’s place. Everything was BETTER than described! We had an amazing time, with the amazing pool, view, beds and an amazing chef. I was most excited about the amazing bed sheets and want to know where to get the exact same ones. They were so comfortable!! I will absolutely be back! Thank you for the great stay!

We can't recommend Lorena's place enough! Lovely condo, and extremely convenient, literally steps away from a nice large pool and the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. Walkable to several restaurants, a couple of grocery stores in the neighborhood. Buses and Ubers to the airport, Puerto Vallarta or elsewhere were available just outside the condominium. Lorena was a very gracious and communicative host. Laura and Alberto were especially great, and very accommodating even when we arrived after midnight due to flight delays. We will definitely return!

Loved our stay at Andrea's place! Great location, very large and comfortable unit. Really great space for 3 couples. Everything we needed to cook meals. Balcony is huge, the view is beautiful, and the unit is very convenient to the elevator that goes down to the pool/beach. The resort is very well kept and staff were very friendly. Andrea was really great regarding communications. The resort tries to sell you the all-inclusive option and have you go to a timeshare breakfast when checking in, but we declined. Attending the breakfast gives you lots of discounts at the resort, but we were only there for 3 days, so we didn't want to spend any of our time on that. We found the prices at the restaurants/bars at the hotel to be fairly reasonable.

The bungalow was perfect. It gave me everything I needed and more. Walked to the grocery , coffee, and a couple local places for amazing tacos and delicious inexpensive seafood. My dog loved the garden/ yard area so much she didn’t want to leave! Estefano, Ben and family were amazing ~very attentive and caring. Comfy bed, clean open space, cold air conditioning and everything you need to cook a meal too. I would definitely stay again. Recommend.

Amazing place with great pool for kids and steps away from the beach. We were also able to order food at home via room service which was very convenient when traveling with kids. Would love to stay here again!

Excellent accommodation is noted for its cleanliness and a variety of amenities. It is strategically located close to attractions and public transportation, and offers a good value for the price. It also has positive reviews. The views of the bay are spectacular; we even saw dolphins in the distance. I guess in whale season they could be seen from the balcony.

This is a rare find gem - private villa, close to the small but nice beach protected from ocean waves. Two stores villa with a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, spacious common area, two ACs bedroom, two and half bathrooms. The host was easy to communicate with. Parking space is available right at the entrance door. Nearby restaurants are either at 5 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. Multiple hikes, one easy hike to the small waterfall starts right from the door. Highly recommend to rent it any time of the year.

We stayed for a month at Beths place in Aria Ocean. The complex has a beautiful large pool area and the Beach is very nice too. There are plenty of chairs and loungers to be had at the Beach and pool. The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Beth is very responsive and made the check in and check out experience a breeze. I was having some dental work done while there . . . so we wanted a nice relaxing place with a fantastic pool to chill at, good internet and the ability to walk to Bucerias. This place checked all boxes. We would not hesitate to recommend Beths place to a friend or family. Thanks, Beth.

The apartment is as described, a very quiet area and with easy access to Vidanta, it only lacks basic things to cook if you need to cook

We stayed for a week with friends who own a condo in a different tower. The condo was spacious and very clean. We also really enjoyed the balcony and the views. We had a wonderful time and are considering staying again next year. One callout would be that the kitchen was not stocked with basic necessities like salt, pepper, dish soap or a sponge. Just a heads up that you will need to buy these or bring them with you.

Everything was very good, very nice, the facilities were very comfortable, the pools were very large with a lot of space, everything was excellent, thank you very much.

Excellent option for a beach vacation, very practical to have the beach attached to the house as it is very comfortable for the whole family, a very quiet area ideal for rest, you can find all the amenities very close, in general very good option for a great vacation

This one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in! The area it’s in was great it was peaceful and we were blessed either with an amazing view from our balcony. The workers within the condominium were great very friendly and outgoing it was a pleasure to stay here I will definitely be staying here again next time I’m into Puerto Vallarta! :)

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful condo near the beach in puerto Vallarta. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly attentive and responsive—answering all our questions quickly and offering helpful tips to make our stay even better. The condo itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The location is unbeatable—close to great restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach. ( 10 min walk, but you need a membership at the playa royale resort be sure to bring your passport to get one ) What really set this stay apart was the hospitality. The host went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, even checking in during our stay to make sure all was well. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

The condo is a beautifully decorated condo with plenty of lights to create a beautiful luxurious ambience and the best part was relaxing in the hot tub admiring the beautiful vista view of PV and the Bay on Banderas. I will visit again but this time I’ll visit during Whale-watching season to watch the Whales in the Bay play while sitting on the big balcony.

Our stay at Agustin’s was spectacular. The home has everything you could need. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the overall layout was excellent. Punta Negra beach is amazing and the location is perfect. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful vacation apartment hosted by Alejandra and Jose! Very attentive and welcoming super hosts! The apartment is very clean and is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Located in a very secure tourist zone, super close to grocery stores, and a lovely walk to Bucerias for restaurants. Easy bus access across the street taking you Puerto Vallarta.
