Wonderful location and layout for our family of 8. Walking distance to our favorite restaurants, great pool options & onsite menu. The pickleball court is under construction, so that was a bummer as we’d brought paddles and were drawn to this accommodation because of this option. It will be a great set up once it’s completed.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este departamento en Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta. El lugar es moderno, súper amplio y está decorado con mucho estilo y detalle. La terraza es espectacular y la alberca es perfecta para relajarse. Todo estaba limpio y en excelente estado, la cocina súper equipada y las camas muy cómodas. Además, el proceso de check-in fue facilísimo y el anfitrión siempre atento. ¡Definitivamente nos encantaría regresar!

We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Soho es una excelente opción si buscas un espacio amplio con alberca y una vista espectacular de todo Vallarta. El servicio de los meseros es muy bueno y la comida, deliciosa. El Airbnb es bastante espacioso, con terraza, sala, comedor y dos baños grandes. Lo recomiendo mucho.

El lugar es muy bello, mucha tranquilidad en el edificio para poder descansar, tiene muchas amenidades dentro del condominio y tiene una excelente ubicación, el departamento está increíble

Un alojamiento excelente se destaca por su limpieza y una variedad de comodidades. Está estratégicamente ubicado cerca de atracciones y transporte público, y ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio. Además, tiene reseñas positivas. Las vistas a la bahía son espectaculares; incluso vimos delfines a lo lejos. Supongo que en temporada de ballenas se podrían ver desde el balcón.

El departamento es muy cómodo, tal cual viene en las imágenes. Jarla estuvo atenta en todo momento. Tiene excelente ubicación, queda muy cerca Kiosko, restaurantes, farmacia Guadalajara, bares, gasolinera. El estacionamiento es cómodo. Volveré sin duda .

El departamento está muy bonito, muy bien equipado y perfecto para pasarla increíble. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. La anfitriona es excelente, muy atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. ¡100% recomendable!

Christine is a perfect host. Super friendly and always incredibly responsive. The condo, as well as the complex, is beautiful just like the photos. Very comfortable and an amazing view from the 24th floor. It's just steps to the beautiful pool area and the beach. The concierge was super helpful and friendly as was the rest of the staff and Christine's local assistant / cleaner. I found the area really convenient, there's a convenience store right next door and a mall and supermarket within about a 10 min walk (or you could always take an Uber). Highly recommended and I'd love to stay again. Thanks Christine!

We spent a delightful 3 months in this beautiful condo! It is bright, with beautiful views of the golf course, mountains and surrounding area. It is well located to grocery shopping, restaurants, hair and beauty salons, etc. The beds are comfortable and the unit is well equipped. The hosts were very responsive and caring.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Richard’s condo in Nuevo Vallarta! From the very beginning, Richard was an exceptional host—he promptly answered all my questions before our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our family had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the condo itself exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and every appliance worked perfectly, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. I truly have nothing but great things to say about both the host and the condo. Richard’s hospitality made our trip stress-free and memorable. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return again!

¡Increíble! Alejandra nos recibió con mucho gusto a pesar que yo sin querer me confundí con los horarios de los vuelos y llegamos dos horas más tarde de lo que inicialmente les dije. Alejandra estuvo al tanto de nosotros en todo momento. También el personal de Peninsula nos dió buen servicio. Las instalaciones estan igual que las fotos, tanto la unidad por dentro como el edificio, alberca, y playa. La ubicación es bastante privada y toman la seguridad muy enserio. Para entrar al área de Flamingos donde esta Peninsula hay que identificarse, también identificarse antes de entrar a las instalaciones de la propiedad, y portar pulsera durante toda la estancia. Me encantó que solamente había 3 unidades al subir a nuestro piso, por lo tanto no había espera en el elevador. El estacionamiento asignado también esta relativamente cerca del elevador. La presión y temperatura del agua era excelente. Podíamos tener dos regaderas y la lavadora al mismo tiempo. El A/C trabajaba muy bien. ¡Volveremos!

The place is exactly as described , very nice apartment to stay and the building has nice amenities too, it is close to restaurants and other nice areas. Definitely will stay again.

Excelente lugar y muy recomendable. Aldahir es muy bien anfitrión había todo lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. La alberca es riquísima y el personal del edificio es muy amable sin duda esperamos volver! La playa está a tan solo unos pies y la zona es muy tranquila además que hay mucho que comer!! Lo recomiendo al 100

Nous avons adoré notre séjour d’une semaine dans l’appartement de Léon ! 🏖️ Léon a été un hôte exceptionnel : toujours disponible, accueillant et d’une grande courtoisie. L’endroit est magnifique, calme, et parfaitement situé pour accéder facilement à de nombreuses attractions. Les commodités étaient excellentes, nous n’avons manqué de rien et nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est à la fois beau et chic, et le personnel sur place était incroyablement accueillant et serviable. Je recommande cet endroit à 100 % sans aucune hésitation. Un grand merci à Léon et à son équipe pour nous avoir offert cette parenthèse paradisiaque. Nous espérons revenir très bientôt ! 🌟🌿

The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. The place looks just like it does in the pictures. The hosts even sent me recommendations which were very helpful. Loved the environment- the beach is technically the backyard. I recommend!

Nuestra estancia en este lugar fue inmejorable, es más bonito que las imágenes, agradable decoración, la cocina bien equipada, terraza amplia para desayunar o comer disfrutando de hermosa vista ya que esta a pie de playa, con camastros y sillones muy cómodos, albercas con excelente temperatura, con seguridad regresaríamos. Agradecemos las atenciones de Ignacio y de todo el personal que siempre atendían con gusto.

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!

Condo was exactly as described! Had everything we needed for the week. Beautiful sunsets and the grounds were very well maintained.

My husband and I stayed at this listing for 7 nights and we enjoyed out stay. The apt and building matched the images that are listed. It was clean and the view is absolutely beautiful. I cooked dinner and made breakfast a couple of times since pots and utensils were available to do so on the gas stove. It was nice to sit outside and eat breakfast or dinner facing the water. The grocery store is in walking distance or a cab ride for under $10 usd. Although this is a building with apt units that seem to be used as air bnb’s, the building felt like you were staying at a resort (except for the street outside since it needs to be fixed). It was great to be able to just exit the building and walk a few feet to the beach. The multiple pools are great as well. We went for a swim in one at night even as it rained on us, the night before we flew back home. 😂 The location although its downtown is not in a loud section of PV, but it was easily accessible via Uber or taxi for about $6 to $10.

El departamento es muy bonito y muy cómodo, justo como lo muestran las fotos y la descripción, tiene todo lo indispensable en la cocina, en el baño, en las recamaras, las amenidades del desarrollo estan muy bonitas, la alberca esta muy rica y muy tranquila, la disfrutamos mucho, aparte su ubicacion nos encanto por que tienes todo cerca, la marina, la playa, reataurantes etc. jose un gran anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y la comunicación fue muy rápida, nos quedamos con ganas de volver pronto :) muchas gracias por todo jose!
