Since the time of booking, Angélica has always been very kind. When we arrived, we were even more satisfied: an extremely clean, organized apartment with good mining receptivity. Angélica is a concerned host with every detail, left us tips on what to do in the city, as well as having left a good coffee waiting for us. We are extremely satisfied and for sure it will always be the accommodation we will look for in BH.

Excellent apt and very polite host! Second time staying and I am always very pleased. The location is fantastic! There is a little noise, but for me the place compensates for the noise for all the nearby facility. Cleaning is note 10! In addition to being very organized, the apartment is very comfortable. The only thing that does a little missing is a water purifier. Indico the apto for sure!

Everything was as advertised. I stayed for just over a week. Internet was strong. AC worked well. Location was very convenient. No complaints. 5 stars.

Jaque is a 10-star person, she received us to deliver the key, went with us to the property, an incredible and attentive person! We really liked her, every day she sent a message to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Her place is perfect. I highly recommend it, we had no issues whatsoever. The space is excellent. Easy to get to and get around. It has an amazing view. It was extremely clean and had everything in the listing. Reinaldo always responded promptly. The staff of the building are very polite and kind. The only annoyance was a little street noise (traffic), but I'm a noise-sensitive person. Less sensitive people will not be bothered because the closed windows insulate well. I recommend it and would come back again if I needed to.

Cristiane's accommodation is excellent. All clean and brand new. The place is peaceful and with shops nearby. I loved it!

The house is wonderful, comfortable, in a super quiet green area and at the same time close to everything. Marcia is super attentive, gives all the necessary support, responds quickly, we stayed in this house twice and certainly as soon as we return to BH it will be our first hosting option.

We spent a very quiet and peaceful weekend at the accommodation. The house is a gem and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The nature that surrounds the house is certainly a differential. We were apprehensive about the comments about the entrance to the house, but I have a low car and we had no problems. The detail of the record player with records is an extra charm. We'll be back, for sure.

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.

Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
