At Léo and Tati's house, you are not only well received, you will be WELCOMED. Communication is quick and easy, the space is as pictured and quiet. Dogs have the whole yard to themselves, to make them feel at home. I've never had so much attention and communication with any host, neither before nor during my stays. And even before my arrival, we had already agreed on a menu of vegetarian meals that I could hire with them. And I already miss the meals! Tati is perfect in the kitchen, in the combination of textures and surprised me very positively - the meals were divine! My dogs and I spent days of rest and relaxation there, without any worries! It's really worth staying with them!!!! Once again, thank you very much! 😘

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Vitor always responded to our messages promptly and the house is more beautiful than in the photos. Every corner was decorated with love. Beyond the view is wonderful. Even washing dishes is easier with the view <3

Franco's space is beautiful, lots of trees and a good smell of bush. The house is spacious and cozy, has very nice blue windows and Franco is super helpful.

It was my husband who made the reservation, but I would like to leave this review because our stay was wonderful! The house is exactly like in the pictures: wide, very well cared for and cozy. Our son had a lot of fun, both in the spacious garden and in the areas of the condominium, which has a beautiful lake with ducks. Beds are extremely comfortable, with sheets and towels of high quality. Townhouse there were very hot sheets, ideal for the cooler nights. The kitchen is super well-equipped, with all the necessary utensils, and the refrigerator was already stocked with water and ice. The house was impeccable: clean, organized and with a well-kept home energy. I took the opportunity to relax reading some of the excellent books available there. The sofa is super comfortable and was perfect for us to watch a family movie. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything was great! The host, Antônio always very helpful and attentive. I highly recommend for sure and hope to return soon!

Kamila’s place is an absolute gem — clean, comfy, and in a great spot with a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, and restaurant all nearby. The view from the 25th-floor deck is stunning — perfect for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Kamila is a fab guest — warm, easy to talk to, and incredibly helpful. Loved my stay and would absolutely come back!

Great apartment, great host, great location. This place was clean, centrally located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and has a fantastic view of Praca da Liberdade surrounded by beautiful Belo Horizonte. Can't wait to return.

Fabulous place to stay in Belo Horizonte. Easy to find, and in a great location. Super clean, lots of outlets, amazing view, and an amazing deck!!! It felt awesome to get to stay.

The apartment is really as described. The entrance is very comfortable with facial recognition. And the entrance to the apartment is by code. The apartment is very clean. The internet is fast. The bed and bath linens are really good (congratulations). For those who will stay longer, the wardrobe is very good. The TV is smart and also has Claro TV. Kitchen utensils are good, with several bowls and glasses. The shower has optimal temperature regulation (from cold to boiling) with a large flow of water. The toilet paper is very good and there is a toilet shower. The region has many bars, pharmacies and markets less than 200 m from the apartment and you can walk (I was told it was safe and I felt it too since the policing is very good). I used the gym, which is very well-equipped, but for those who stay for a long time, it might be better to pay for a gym). The pool's leisure area is very cozy. There's no espresso machine, and I think he mentioned a cup on one side of the bed.

Great place in Savassi

WONDERFUL! The stay is exactly as shown in the photos, everything was impeccably clean and the bed linens and towels looked like a hotel. Everything worked perfectly well: air, hydro, showers, gas, electricity, wifi... Letícia was the best host I experienced on this platform: kind, helpful, proactive and always responded very quickly. The pool was cleaned, and the pool man was available, as it is not covered. In addition to all this, check-in and check-out were easy and the property offers an AMAZING sunset. I recommend and will be back soon!

Well located apartment, very clean, consistent with the listing. The building is old and deserves a makeover. Differentials such as garage, supermarket one block away, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. are relevant points for me. Eli is helpful and responds quickly! I'll be back.

Everything was wonderful just like our other stay. Such a gorgeous view from the balcony and window, so peaceful, and the host is very quick with responses. Very safe location with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacies, hospitals all being walkable.

We really enjoyed the stay. The house is beautiful, quiet and cozy. Contact with nature makes the experience very calm and relaxing. We loved it and would easily come back.

The apartment is spacious, it was clean and organized. New appliances and utensils in great condition. Cozy decoration and great taste. The noise-resistant windows were very useful. About staying with children, the apartment has toys, children's books, a high chair, the living room was very spacious and a small room with a table was a little corner that they liked a lot too. The street is very nice, safe, with shops and utilities nearby and of quality, where we could walk. Ricardo and Luciana were super attentive and helpful before, during, and after the stay. I recommend the space, especially for families with children. We hope to return!
