Apartment very well located, close to several tourist attractions! You can walk to most of the central areas, due to the location there is a slight urban noise but nothing too much, it only bothers you if you want to sleep in later. I highly recommend it, well-equipped, clean and with very attentive doormen!

Great area and beautiful place

The apartment is extremely well located, with a supermarket in front, and several restaurants. The lobby of the building is very kind and helpful. Pude enjoy the comforts of the condominium such as the gym and the ballroom. Ana was very present in all our communications and helped us a lot with our needs.

The apartment is complete, has a gas stove, refrigerator, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only thing, however, is the noise: during the weekdays there is a lot of noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place this may not be the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block from Burger King and Subway, 1 block from self-service laundries, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which, although small, is enough to get a sweat on. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost-benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who did the cleaning, and the concierge staff are very nice people! It would return again for sure!

Fabulous place to stay in Belo Horizonte. Easy to find, and in a great location. Super clean, lots of outlets, amazing view, and an amazing deck!!! It felt awesome to get to stay.

This apartment exceeded expectations! The space is completely renovated, organized, comfortable and welcoming. Starting with fast and effective communication: we asked for flexibility in the checkout and we were able to combine it in a way to enjoy it until the last day. Not to mention the reception team that welcomed us with joy and solicitude from check-in to check-out: the business card of the people of Minas Gerais that we will remember with affection. The apartment, with large windows and a balcony, received both morning and afternoon sun, and the high floor provided a wide view of the neighborhood. Even with plenty of sun, the air conditioning worked very well. We worked with the apartment's Wi-Fi, which was available in all rooms. In the end, being so close to important points of the city and great bars and restaurants, I feel that we did not enjoy the apartment as much, and in the next stays in the city we will definitely return to this one. It's hard to beat the good location, service and comfort.

The Studio is excellent, everything is new and tasteful. The social, work and leisure spaces are perfect. Check-in was flexible and the building is very safe and beautiful.

Excellent stay, the apartment is great, well equipped and well located. The building staff are extremely kind.

I stayed a week at this place. It's a very big house with a huge garden both front and back. It was quiet and close to the things I needed (gym, bakery, restaurants) and just a bus ride away from the center or the hills. Recommend.

From the reservation, during and after, Rita was always very attentive and helpful. The place is wonderful, everything is very clean, the house is cozy and fresh, close to everything, it's really worth it! We'll come back more often. Loved it!!!!!

Great accommodation, very nice and well-guarded house, very comfortable mattresses. Bus and taxi stop at 50 m; pharmacy, supermarket and bakery at about 200 m; very close to the center, bars and restaurants.
