I had a great hosting experience at Villa Neves Residencial! Excellent location, fair price and extremely polite and supportive professionals. On the last day of the lodging, I couldn't take my bag with me, but they were very attentive and allowed me to leave her with them until my bus time. For sure, on my next trip to BH, I will stay there again!

The room is exactly the same as in the pictures. There is the construction of a very nearby building that generates noise. The street is well deserted after q dark, cm mtos flanelinhas and homeless people, at 19.30 the nearby trade was already closed. The bed linen is already worn and with some stains because it is older. For what I needed, I would stay again if the same demana appeared in the future.

Great location, the concierge staff is always very attentive and ready to give suggestions. Great shower and comfortable bed. We missed having a coffee maker, as we love to prepare our own coffee.

The apartment is identical to the photos and has a more rustic feel. (I loved the balcony that the space has). Full kitchen and I loved the ceramic cups that are sold there. (An art is so much). Bedding and towels are available. It has a 24-hour concierge and the staff are incredibly polite. All my iFood orders were received and placed in the elevator and directed to my floor. The host responded quickly every time I contacted him and had questions. Thank you very much Nestor, I'll be back for sure. Your apartment is very comfortable.

Very good place, clean, tidy. I recommend it!! There was no soap in the bathroom, there is an induction stove but there is no pan for it.

I had a great stay at the flat, when I arrived it was very organized, Simone welcomed me and explained to me how the building worked. The building has a very good gym and shared laundry facilities. Although the location is good, with easy access to public transportation, and being where I expected, the surroundings are a little empty and can get a little weird at night.

Great accommodation. The host was very polite and proactive. The apartment is easy to find, close to the center and with great transportation to other parts of the city. The atmosphere of the place is peaceful, ideal for resting, and the doormen are very attentive. I recommend it.

Centrally located very good! It is a very well equipped hotel room. Hotel offers a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Individually paid breakfast with a discount for Airbnb guests (it's worth it). Fernanda responds quickly, but we had no problem. It all flowed and worked as agreed and described in the advertisement. I recommend it.

I just stayed in this apartment in Belo Horizonte and had an excellent experience! The place is very clean, well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. The location is great, close to Minas Shopping, in a quiet and safe area of the city, which brought me a lot of comfort during my stay. The host was super attentive from the start, always available to ask questions and make sure everything was perfect. The apartment has a very comfortable mattress and pillows, as well as good spaces to store clothes, which made all the difference for those who want to stay longer. The structure is complete, with everything you need for a practical and pleasant stay. Without a doubt, I would recommend and host again!

the host Mr. José Luiz very attentive. we had a little problem with the tv the first day that didn't call but Mr. José arranged another one and everything worked out. we were 4 days and it was really good.

Local corresponded to the advertised. Clean and comfortable. Leandro was very helpful and even lent us plates and cutlery to make a snack, since the place does not have a kitchen and utensils. I recommend it.
