Everything was wonderful just like our other stay. Such a gorgeous view from the balcony and window, so peaceful, and the host is very quick with responses. Very safe location with restaurants, grocery store, pharmacies, hospitals all being walkable.

This apartment exceeded expectations! The space is completely renovated, organized, comfortable and welcoming. Starting with fast and effective communication: we asked for flexibility in the checkout and we were able to combine it in a way to enjoy it until the last day. Not to mention the reception team that welcomed us with joy and solicitude from check-in to check-out: the business card of the people of Minas Gerais that we will remember with affection. The apartment, with large windows and a balcony, received both morning and afternoon sun, and the high floor provided a wide view of the neighborhood. Even with plenty of sun, the air conditioning worked very well. We worked with the apartment's Wi-Fi, which was available in all rooms. In the end, being so close to important points of the city and great bars and restaurants, I feel that we did not enjoy the apartment as much, and in the next stays in the city we will definitely return to this one. It's hard to beat the good location, service and comfort.

The best place on Airbnb. Apartment with great comfort, perfect location and with wonderful shops and restaurants next door. Beautiful view from the windows and balcony. As much as I have commitments in Belo Horizonte, I stay in Nova Lima in this very comfortable space. And the Host is wonderful. You can book, you won't regret it.

It was an amazing first experience staying with Risia, she was extremely helpful, enlightening and respectful during our communication. The Studio is exactly as pictured, towels and bedding were clean and smelled good. Impeccable space, organized kitchen and stocked with all the utensils that are indispensable for its use. Check in and check out super quiet.

Very clean, fragrant environment, with impeccable linens and towels. Solicitous host, responds quickly and the cost-benefit is great. I felt very safe on the building's premises. I just missed having some blackout curtains on the windows because at night, with the lights outside, it was too bright to sleep. There was no way to close the window leaks.

Excellent apartment. Close to supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants. The neighborhood is very residential, so you have that small town atmosphere (market, coffee, butcher, etc.) It is located 10 minutes by car from Savassi shopping mall and around 20 minutes from the municipal market. The apartment has a very pleasant climate and, on our part, there was no need for air conditioning. I recommend it!

Specifically, for those who need it for health reasons, the accommodation is right in front of Biocor and Vila da Serra. Finally, the garage perfectly met the needs. I recommend it!

Absolutely beautiful place with the best view! The location offers easy access to great restaurants and scenic running tracks. The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely book it again!

Great apartment, great host, great location. This place was clean, centrally located in a wonderful, safe neighborhood and has a fantastic view of Praca da Liberdade surrounded by beautiful Belo Horizonte. Can't wait to return.
