Kaikilla mukavuuksilla varustettu 75 m2 mökki ,jossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, tupakeittiö, sauna, kylpyhuone, kuisti ja terassi. Mökin lähellä on (n. 700 m) uimaranta. Mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun kalastukseen, marjastukseen ja metsästykseen sekä retkeilyyn. Noin 1,2km:n päässä on veneen laskupaikka.

Aktiviteetteja lähstöllä: hiihto, pyöräily, vaeltaminen, kalastaminen, pilkkiminen, laskettelu. Mm. Saijan erämaalatu kulkee vain muutaman sadan metrin päästä huvilasta.
