The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. The price includes bedding and towels, as well as final cleaning. Free parking in the yard. Electric car charging available. (11kw) Charge 0.25€/kWh.

No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Our cottage is conveniently located along well-maintained roads, making it easily accessible. Situated near the river, the Swedish border is just across the water, allowing for a seamless journey into Sweden, perhaps via the ice road. The absence of unnecessary lights around provides the perfect setting for observing the Northern Lights. Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
