Beautiful home in the city center. Private sauna, spacious bathroom with washing machine and glazed balcony for added comfort. 2007 built elevator house, barrier-free access. A warm garage space for the car. Located near a shopping mall and restaurants. A short distance to the market and the theater. The kitchen is equipped for cooking. Coffee and tea included in the price. The bedroom has a double bed, which can be separated into two beds if desired. Bed sheets and towels included in the accommodation. The living room has an extra bed, as well as a comfortable sofa.

Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.
