Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!

Sunnyside Cottage comfortably sleeps two people and is an ideal romantic getaway and a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

A sunlit home in a village of artists and fishermen on the edge of the North York Moors. Once a studio for a Victorian photographer and later home to ‘Dolphin Man’ Dr Horace Dobbs. With garden, terrace and a spacious lounge, it’s perfect for relaxing or exploring. Due to a settings glitch, we unusually have September availability—including the Staithes Festival (13–14 Sept).
