Lovely place to stay. Clean and well equipped. Easy walk into the city centre. Lisa provided lots of useful information prior to our stay and was easy to contact during the stay. Would definitely stay here again

It is a stunning cottage and we would have loved to stay longer than just a weekend! The place is cosy, spacious and has beautiful views of the countryside. The host, Virginia was very thoughtful, friendly and helpful on checking and throughout the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Katies place, it was very clean n comfy, it was a nice relaxing time.

The Loft is the perfect getaway for a relaxing stay. It’s not a huge place, but it certainly makes up for that in location, the amenities in the house/kitchen, comfy bed, brilliant shower and amazing views from every window. It is easy to find and Juliet is the perfect host. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Sarah was very friendly and helpful. We felt really comfortable in her home. Too bad only one night was available during that time.

The perfect place to stay when travelling alone on a birdwatching trip. A very comfortable, cosy bungalow with sitting area, comfy bed, great bathroom and it was super to have a breakfast cooked for you by the lovely Alina. Good meals at the local pub.

We had a lovely stay in the studio. Everything was clean and comfortable. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with easy access to amazing walks and scenery.

Patrick is a professional kind gentleman, and the house was clean, and comfortable, and his touch is their all around the place from the kitchen stuff to the board with visitors name.. highly recommend

Entering through a rather modest door right off the street we found Andrea's flat to be spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. As previous reviews the bedroom at the rear of the property is very quiet so you get a good night's sleep in the huge comfy bed. The kitchen is modern, well equipped with several nice touches left for us to get our stay started. The shower gives a good hot flow, much better than the puny electric ones in most properties. We are really pleased to have found Andrea's flat and as we visit York at least once a year we hope to stay again.

This is my second stay here. I cannot fault anything about the apartment. The bed is extremely comfortable, everything is exceptionally clean and there is plenty of hot water. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to Harrogate town centre and all the restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated in a vintage style, which made our stay warm and comfortable. Carmen and Martin welcomed us with open arms, and Carmen was incredibly kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and made sure we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you for the amazing hospitality — we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

10/10 in all aspects. The location is a fantastic base to explore beautiful Kendal, Ambleside and Windermere. The apartment was impeccable. Everything you could ever need provided. Loved all the thoughtful elements from the books, the furniture and pantry extras. Thank you

Gina’s apartment was wonderful and in a fantastic location. It was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of toiletries, cleaning supplies, towels, and more. We also appreciated the thoughtful provision of basic breakfast supplies, including milk. The internet worked perfectly, and there was a smart TV with free satellite channels and apps like Netflix, which we could easily log into. Gina was an exceptional host, offering great communication and a warm, friendly attitude. We even had a lovely chat before we left, and it felt like we’d known each other for years! I only wish I could have stayed longer to continue the conversation.

Lovely place, spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need and lot's of extras too. Very comfortable and friendly helpful hosts.

Thank you to George & Christine for such a warm and welcoming stay. The quiet location was perfect for us and the house is surrounded by a beautiful well kept garden. Lovely clean secure rooms with plenty of storage. A fantastic breakfast choice, which was well presented and using great local produce. The extra touches such as the home baked cake baked by Christine on arrival and George giving us a lift into the bus station was above and beyond our expectations. We will be definitely recommending their home to anyone visiting Whitby. Debra & Jayne

My boyfriend and I felt so welcome in Richard's home! We loved staying here and I will miss their beautiful dog Beau🐶 The room is large and the bed is HUGE and very comfortable! The bath is also very comfy and now on my house vision board. It was very easy to get into York via bus and the surrounding area is gorgeous. Thank you both for a lovely stay ❤️

We had a really wonderful stay at the West Royd B&B. Lovely room with all the facilities we would need. Phil was a kind and helpful host, and it was the perfect location to explore the Cleveland Way Coast Path and Robin Hood’s Bay itself. Whenever we’re back in the area I am sure we will stay here again!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. I stayed at Phillipa's overnight en route to holiday further north. She had provided helpful directions and was very welcoming on my arrival. I accepted her kind offer to walk with me into Ripon centre and she gave me helpful information about places of interest. My room was very comfortable with an excellent shower in the en suite. I would certainly return if heading north again.
