You live 5 min from the airport, and yet in nature. A few meters from the sea and a river that flows into the sea here. Around the houses you can discover a variety of animals. Reindeer often come by. Moose can make a quick visit. Otherwise, otters and weasels run around the houses. In the sea, seals and rarely dolphins swim. An excellent place to observe the Northern Lights - and if it is windless, it is reflected in the sea as well. Tromsø city center bus, about 15 mins. Sauna can be rented when you stay here - agreed later.

Spot reindeer, otters, moose, or even whales, and watch the Northern Lights from the porch. Steps away, enjoy a panoramic sauna by the water. A traditional BBQ hut is available as an optional rental. This is our beloved home, and many guests tell us they fall in love with it too. Few places blend comfort and wilderness like this. We never tire of it—and hope you will, too.

The area has fantastic views of the Lyng Alps, with opportunities to see the northern lights in winter and the midnight sun in summer. There are good hiking opportunities in the immediate area. Popular mountains for randonees. From the property you can go directly up to Storhaugen. Sorbmegáisá is also nearby. Short distance to other mountains. Wood fired Sauna and grill hut. Bicycles, snowshoes. Beds are fully made.

Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

The house was finished in 2019. We have choosen exclusive materials and design furniture. You’ll see that it’s made by heart. Helga, the host, lives in the house next door, and is readily available. It can hardly be described - it has to be experienced. You live on the outer side of the adventure island Senja. You can't get closer to nature - with a glass facade of almost 30 sqm you have the feeling of sitting outside while sitting inside. Whether it's midnight sun or northern lights - it's never boring to look at the sea, mountains and wildlife along Bergsfjorden. The cabin was completed in autumn 2018 and is of high standard.
