The townhouse is located a 20 minute walk to the city center, in the middle of Tromsøya. It is located just by the grocery store, with bus stops just outside the house. There is a short way to Prestvannet, a lovely hiking area. The house has a large patio and a small garden where there is sun from 9-21. The house is located in a quiet residential area. The house has three bedrooms with two double beds and one single beds. In addition, a person can lie on the couch in the basement. Here you have to let me know if it's going to be up.

It is a short distance to the mountain peaks of Segla, Keipen, the Hesten etc. and nice fishing spots. Shop can be found down in the heart of Gibostad.

1. floor in house with another apartment in 2. floor. Hall, kitchen, living room with TV, sofa, good chair, table with 6 chairs (eating place). Three bedrooms, one bedroom with bed 140 cm wide bed, one with 120 cm with bed one bedroom with 90 cm wide bed. An add bed can be made, totally 6 persons. Sitting place outside living room. Bedroom3 has a working table. Cleaning after stay is not incuded. Cleaning before leaving. We also check/ clean house before and after gests for security reasons.

Fredelig rekkehus på øverste vei mot fjellet gir nydelig utsikt mot Tromsø. Lite lysforurensing slik at Nordlys kan oppleves direkte fra balkongen eller rett utenfor huset. God bussforbindelse både til sentrum og flyplassen, buss tar kun 10-15 minutt til byen. Gratis parkering på gjesteparkeringsplass like nedetor huset. Varmt og koselig hus, unik planløsning over 4 halvplan med stor takhøyde i stuen. To soverom, med mulighet for å sette opp gjesteseng i stuen.

Nytt og moderne hus fra 2022. Her kan du se nordlyset fra verandaen! Huset vårt ligger ca 6 km fra Tromsø sentrum. Vi leier ut når vi selv ikke er hjemme. Huset er et rekkehus på 115 kvm. Det er to etasjer med inngangsparti, to soverom og et bad i første etasje. I andre etasje er det åpen løsning med stue, kjøkken og spisestue samt ett soverom og bad. Det er gode bussforbindelser til sentrum. Parkering kan tilbys etter avtale.
