Exceptional. A home from home feeling. Absolutely the place to recharge yourself. Put the fire on, get your book out, and enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Go to bed, open the window, feel the fresh cold sea breeze flow through the room and fall asleep with the waves hitting the rocks. No need counting sheep, your gone ZZzzz. Communication was excellent, instructions clear and super warm upon arrival. Everything you could ask for in the home. We have stayed in many places, and many have left you wishing you had packed something! NOT HERE. The small details that make you feel you have chosen the right home are important. I had my reservations over jacuzzi, but this one was perfect. Super-hot with great sea view of the mountains. Getting here was relaxed, the views are spectacular, and the roads are cleared. This house is a villa! What a space, what a luxury! Bath, sauna, gym, everything is available. And then the view: a powerful river runs along the garden. From the living room, you have a good view of it, super! This house deserves to be booked for several days, so you can use the facilities appropriately and discover the surroundings!

Per was an exceptional host! Out of 100 stays, he is by far the best host we have had. Per made sure everything was perfect for the stay. The kids loved the snow on the farm and Per sorted out a sledding hill for them along with all the bits and bobs needed to enjoy the cold weather. He went above and beyond and I am grateful for the hospitality and love that he showed myself, wife, and three kids. Thank you!

It was cozy, spacious and comfortable! It was nice to cook with beautiful tableware and various cooking utensils. The view outside the window was so beautiful!

I've stayed at Anna's place many times now and there's a reason I keep coming back. Anna is a terric host, kind friendly and always helpful. The apratment is neat, cleean, tidy and quiet with everything you need and within close walking distance to the city, and right beside several handy bus stops. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Tromso, this one is a personal favourite.

This stay was excellent and only a 6 min walk to the bus stop that gets into the main city. Knut was so kind to us! They offered to drive us to the airport 3.5 hours away when we realized our transportation no longer worked. They also cooked our pizza for us and were so responsive with any questions we had! Definitely recommend staying here!

Karsje’s place is just amazing in one word. The place is so cozy offering amazing views of Tromso. The space was perfect for 5 of us including our 5 year old son. The house had a well structured instruction manual so that we didn’t have to bother the host a lot, but still they were very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of utensils so that you could cook without any hassle. There is a car parking available and also the bus stop is just a 10 minutes walk from the house. Just keep in mind that the house in a quite neighbourhood a bit away from the city, so you will have to travel a bit to find restaurants and supermarkets ( 10 minutes with a car or 15-20 minutes with bus). We enjoyed the stay a lot and would recommend it to anyone who visits Tromso.

Excellent experience, I would definitely come back! The house was super clean, warm, and well-equipped. It's located right by the sea, super quiet zone, you can't hear any cars, and you're surrounded by mountains. There's a supermarket near the house that has everything. But if you arrive very late, I recommend bringing food because it will be closed. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Grete and her husband were very kind and helpful at all times. Best place to stay on the island! Incredible mountain and water view out the back window. Quiet apartment with plenty of elbow space, including a full kitchen and living room. Nice change after the typical, tight city rentals. Opportunity to take a polar plunge from the backyard. Short drive into town, accessible by car or omnipresent bus system. Ørjan and Maria couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They felt like family in no time. Five stars all the way.

Great stay! Check-in was seamless, and the location was excellent—just a short walk to the city center, Main Street, and the cathedral. The room was small but well-equipped and perfect for a short stay. The highlight was spotting the Northern Lights from the rooftop terrace—a fantastic bonus! Would definitely recommend.

On the way back from the Lofoten to Tromsö, we made a stop here for the last 2 days before the plane left. Great apartment, everything was available that was necessary for a pleasant stay. Beautiful stay in Tromso and in Siv’s home! The apartment was easy to find, secure, and centrally located. We walked everywhere, to restaurants, tour pickups, shops. Her home is clean, comfortable, with plenty of space and good views of the water & mountains. Siv is a wonderful host, always friendly and communicative. Highly recommend!!

We had a very comfortable stay with Kjerstin in Tromsø! The house was very well equipped with everything we needed, in a quiet neighbourhood with lovely mountain views (which we very much enjoyed while sitting on the balcony in the sun). Would definitely recommend a stay while exploring the stunning landscape!
