The rental part consists of a kitchen, living room and bathroom, and four bedrooms in the attic. Great views of Kvalsundet from the kitchen/living room. Popular area to see the northern lights. The nearest grocery store is 8 km away from the house, in Kvaløyvågen. The grocery store is open 10 am - 5:30 pm on weekdays and 10 am - 3 pm on Saturdays. If you want a store with more selection, the nearest is at Kvaløysletta.

The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.
