Vacation rentals with a fire pit in North Topsail Beach

Beautiful home, great location, excellent host, very responsive throughout the stay.

Rental was wonderful and as described from Tanya’s listing. Comfortable, clean, convenient three bedroom just outside New River Air Station. Tanya and host were prompt and courteous to communicate and coordinate with. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay if you have kids. Huge and clean backyard and beautiful property. Easy drive to local parks and the beach. Home was wonderful and had plenty of room. Overall an amazing place to stay and we plan to book again next year.

We are so very thankful to have been at Jenn and Ian’s home during our military move and house hunting. We experienced no less than absolute kindness and consideration, and all aspects of our stay were such a respite! We have a large family and pets, and each of us was not only comfortable and easily accommodated in the house layout, but also found plenty to do to occupy our downtime. The kitchen was well stocked, everyday supplies were readily available in ample provisions, and communication with the hosts was seamless and always a pleasure. We would not only highly recommend this home to other guests; we would be more than happy to stay again!

Chad was responsive from the moment we booked his beautiful home until the moment we checked out. He has thought of everything to make the stay a restful experience. He was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The home is down a quiet street near beautiful beaches and has access to the river which we enjoyed kayaking on. We had a great stay and look forward to booking Chad’s place in the future.

This property was incredible! We had a great weekend here with some incredible vibes. Scott was super responsive to any of the questions our guests had for him and gave us the perfect location for the perfect time. Everything about the house was great and the views were incredible! The mini putting green was great practice for the round of golf we played during our stay. Our whole group would love to come back someday and we highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a great long weekend at the beach!

My family of 6 came down for a short weekend birthday trip to visit some family and we absolutely love Nicole's place. We will most definitely plan to stay here again. it is in a great location, very roomy, updated, and they have everything you need. Nicole is very helpful and responsive to her guest. I live the decor and the layout of the house. I even decided if I remodel my home, I am going to use some of her ideas.this was just a fantastic stay!

Nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Right on the ocean but the dunes covered the ocean view. Steps to the beach were covered in sand. Beds were comfortable and there were enough pillows. The slider to the main deck went through a bedroom. So early risers needed to go out of the basement to go to the beach. The microwave was rusted on the inside. We were told we would get a new coffee maker ASAP and sadly that was not the case. We were grateful that we could bring our dog. Would totally recommend this property. Just highlighting our experience.

Great place! The location was fabulous. The space was nicely decorated and beautifully maintained.

We had a short but sweet stay! The location is pretty unbeatable if you’re not going to be waterfront. Easy walk across the bridge to public accesses and restaurants and coffee! The backyard was fantastic for our toddler to run around freely and safely. The hosts were the best kind of people. They were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again! I’m very familiar with the area and the house felt like a secluded getaway from the tourists and traffic on the island. Big bonus!

Harry was responsive and helpful. The place is walkable to downtown. We had a great stay.

This was perfect for our Family of three. We decided to come down early before our family got down and needed a place for 2 adults and one kid. This had everything you could ask for. Nice little apartment tucked away only 3 houses up from the beach! Short walk down the beach to the pier was huge plus as well. Mary was an excellent host, quick to reply and give any assistance if it was needed. We will definitely be looking to Jimmy’s place if and when we need space for just our family again. Thank you Mary for the great place to stay!

Outstanding location. Easy access to Topsail and Wilmington. Beautiful layout and will return. Everything you needed or possibly wanted was there. Extremely friendly.

We had a great stay at this apartment while visiting our daughter at UNCW with our young son. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to campus, restaurants, and everything we needed. The host was communicative and made check-in seamless. We would definitely stay here again on future visits!

Vincent and his wife are so sweet and greeted us right when we arrived with a smile and showed us around. The cabin is very quiet and cozy. They also gave us fresh eggs for our dogs which was very kind. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Also LGBTQ+ friendly and they made us feel right at home.

Had a recent stay at Heidi's place to spend part of Father's Day with my son who is stationed at Camp Lejunne. I cannot recommend her accommodations highly enough. Her place is clean, comfortable and peaceful!!! She is a very accommodating host, that has such a quaint place to stay at. When in the Jacksonville area again, I'll definitely go out of my way to book with her again. It's a pure slice of Heaven!!!

Cozy Cabin was perfect for our family. Very clean and nice place. We used the Get Away house as well that was available during our stay. It was the perfect set up. And the fenced in back yard was very nice. We will return in the future for a future stay.

The accommodations were quaint and the property was peaceful and lovely. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Hosts were nice and very responsive in their communication. Sparrows Nest is convenient to grocery stores, fuel stations, and a great Mexican restaurant and pizza place! I only wish we had more time to explore the mill pond and make use of the amenities including the kayaks; we stayed here where it was convenient to boating access to join a special group for a PWC trip on the Cape Fear River. It was overall a very nice weekend celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary! Memories made! We will recommend this place to others and will book again in the future.

Cute cabin surrounded by a beautiful property. Very peaceful. There is a second cabin on the property next to each other; the only thing I would say is the garage door/window does not provide much privacy. If you have neighbors in the other cabin you can see right in. Maybe a tint the window would be helpful. Otherwise, the cabin is adorable and very clean. There is a cute porch to sit on and a fire pit!

This was our third visit to HH. It's safe to say this is our favorite place to stay in Wilmington. The rental is owner-occupied part of the year, and you can tell that the cottage and the grounds are loved. It's cozy, well-provisioned, and nicely maintained (there are new windows and sliding doors in the back that spiff up the Therapy Room and allow a clearer view of the many herons, cranes, egrets, and song birds we enjoyed). A sweet little house on a lovely spot on a marsh sums it up. The hosts are very responsive, going above and beyond in their always helpful--sometimes funny--communications. We'll be back!

The place was good and at decent distance between the wrightsville beach and wilmington downtown .. we thoroughly enjoyed the stay
