Great vacation spot! The house was great, had everything we needed.

Perfect location. Everything was clean and it was well-stocked. Check-out instructions were extremely minimal, it was nice to not feel like we had to spend hours leaving like some other places. It is right next to a public beach access, so there was a lot of foot traffic, but the people moved on quickly and settled further down the beach. I wish there were screens in the windows so that we could have opened them, but the sliding door does have a screen which was nice. The owner was very responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We had the best beach vacation at Kristin’s place. The house was just as described and very well stocked with just about everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen was one of best for folks like us who cook most meals - plenty of pots and pans, utensils, and lots of dishes. Beds were all super comfy. And the use of the beach towels, chairs, sun shades and toys were WONDERFUL saving us precious packing space in the car. Kristin was very helpful with all my questions. 10 out of 10! Next time we are headed to the beach, this is the first place I will try to book. Thank you!

Janine was an accommodating and communicative host! The space was clean and had awesome air conditioning (such a plus at the beach!). Awesome location just a few miles North of the Surf City bridge, and on a beautiful stretch of beach. Amazing deck! Would highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous beach house! It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from the beach, and the view from the porch was incredible. We spent hours out there relaxing and soaking it all in. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, even letting us check in early, which made everything so easy! You can tell a lot of care goes into this home, and it truly made our trip special. We had an absolute blast and can’t wait to come back!

The beach house was a wonderful place to stay for my family. It’s in a quiet area and is a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was great for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

5 star home! This was great for our entire family vacation. We had grandparents and newborns and every age in between. This house was beautiful, clean, and literally ON the beach. We’ve already made plans to come back. The hosts were incredibly responsive. They took care of ever need we had.

A beautiful place to stay! Amazing views from every floor and so close to the beach! We loved every part of our stay, from check in to check out. We needed a place that had access to an elevator and did not expect how amazing everything else would be. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip ! Thanks again!

This property was incredible! We had a great weekend here with some incredible vibes. Scott was super responsive to any of the questions our guests had for him and gave us the perfect location for the perfect time. Everything about the house was great and the views were incredible! The mini putting green was great practice for the round of golf we played during our stay. Our whole group would love to come back someday and we highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a great long weekend at the beach!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for comfort. We used every deck! Super close to the beach, beautiful peaceful view of the sound. It had everything we could possibly need. Karen sent recommendations for food and they did not disappoint! Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. This last-minute short trip turned out to be just perfect. Everything we needed was conveniently available on-site, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. We also appreciated having a restaurant and a coffee/ice cream shop right there. The check-in process was incredibly simple, and we eagerly anticipate our next visit.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. Beautiful view of the sound an so close to the beach. Enjoyed the clubhouse access at the beach, with parking and bathroom facilities. Beds were super comfy! Loved the reading nook with a view of the ocean. Thanks for a great get-away.

We really loved our stay! We had lots of kids ranging from 1 to 16 and everyone loved it. The location/proximity to the beach was awesome, having a pool was awesome. The host was super helpful and proactively let us know when the pool wasn’t going to be available for a part of our stay and kept us up to date the whole time regarding that inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Lori, our property manager rep., was terrific. She reached out daily to be sure all our needs were met, and she resolved minor issues quickly and completely. The home is beautifully furnished and the elevator was handy especially for the older members of our group. A very fine experience. Thank you!

John’s place was wonderful for a quick weekend getaway to Topsail. The beach access was a quick walk across the street and there were wonderful views of the waterway from the front porch. Everything was clean and cozy and John was very responsive. The beach wagon, extra chairs and towels were a big plus!

Great dog friendly place to stay! Easy walk to the beach, and a great cozy home feeling right next to the ocean. Tara was a great host, responsive, and had great local recommendations. We had two golden retrievers with us and her outdoor shower and hose came in especially handy! Would definitely stay again!

Steps from the beach, this home was exactly as described and depicted. Tons of games, activities, and beach essentials for families with kids. Loved the ocean views from the home! Mike was an exceptionally responsive and communicative host.

Our family had a wonderful time. Being right on the ocean was perfect- our young grandchildren were able to play & enjoy time on the beach then easily go in for snacks or naps without having to pack everything up each time. Beautiful & peaceful setting.

We loved our stay at Allison‘s place. We went with another couple. We just had the weekend having two bedrooms two baths and a nice clean space was terrific. It was literally about 200 feet across the road to the beach at most.. would definitely stay again. Allison answered our questions really promptly can’t say enough about what a good time we had.
