Townhome vacation rentals in North Topsail Beach

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The location was an easy walk to the beach, and the beach was private, quiet, and family friendly. The listing was very accurate, and the kitchen had everything that we needed to feel at home during our stay. Donald was easy to get in touch with and answered questions quickly. We would come back again!

easy beach access. had a little problem that was addressed right away. Our experience was very nice. would stay there again without hesitation. all 3 couples commented on how comfortable the beds were.

Not owner's fault, but house was not cleaned before our check in. There was sand on every floor of house and even piles of sand in the kitchen cabinets. Owner offered to send someone to clean floors, but we didn't want our vacation interrupted by wet floors. The rental company is in charge of housekeeping, so I let them know also. Otherwise, love location! Walking distance to everything you might need. Plenty of room for our family of 12. Having 4 bikes was wonderful too :) Booked already for next year!

5 Star stay for long weekend. Pictures display a truly classy comfy townhouse that smells lovely and has everything you need. Bedrooms are spacious and linens are very comfortable. Perfect home with perfect location to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Easy and clear instructions for check in and check out. Thank you John and Katie for our enjoyable experience. Looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Ed made it better by being generous enough to let us check in a bit earlier. Super responsive to any questions and felt right at home. Location is amazing, recommend to anyone thinking about booking—do it!

Neely, host, was great. Communication was great, responsive time was great, and check-in instructions were well written and easily understood. The home was beautiful and the neighbor was very quiet. It was exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything you'd need to make dinner and more. The home was well equipped with outdoor toys, board games, linen, stools etc. Everything about the place was great. We loved it!

Very inviting home! Great proximity to the beach with ALOT of beach supplies and needs! The “Supply” closet was a wonderful added bonus (especially the plethora of beach towels). You can tell the owners have put a great deal of thought into anticipating the need of their renters - Thank You!

We felt lucky to find this beautiful townhouse on Wrightsville Beach and it was still better than expected! A perfect 3 bedroom setup and amazing ocean views! It’s definitely one we’ll be returning to!

Beautiful home in Surf City. Walking distance to the beach and amenities. Property mangers were super proactive and helpful. Highly recommend The Daily Grind or Diver Surfside Cafe for coffee and good vibes.

Great location! The house was clean and exactly what we expected. Beds were comfortable, which is always a plus. The hosts were quick to respond if we needed to get in touch with them and always friendly. Can’t wait to come back next year!

The place was very peaceful and quiet and exceptionally clean. A nice touch was the assortment of snacks in the kitchen. Also the A/C was FABULOUS!!!😊

Perfect and very quiet location with peaceful views and easy beach access. Beds are comfy. An issue arose when the community had a water issue. Hosts were responsive, gracious, and offered a fast solution. Great stay!

This is hands down one of the best AIRBNB’s we have ever stayed at! The house was super clean and well laid out, all of the necessity’s were provided, the beach was just a few steps away. It is a beautiful home that’s so tastefully decorated. We will definitely be coming to stay here again! At time of travel we had a 3 week old baby, so we were a little late leaving and Sarah was very helpful and understanding.

Andrea’s place was perfect for our girls trip! So close to the beach (with private access) and about a 15-minute walk from dining and the pier. We loved being able to use the beach chairs, and the decks off the house were great for lounging. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and we appreciated Andrea providing trash bags, soap, etc. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful townhome with everything you’d need for a short visit or transitioning if you’re military. Very close to North Topsail Beach and Surf City. Very welcoming home with plenty of space for your pets and other family members! We would stay here again for sure!

The house was great! We truly enjoyed our visit. No need to bring anything that you need beaches!

Love the north end of the island which is why we picked this place. Spacious but not enough furniture. Had to bring in outside chairs for everyone to sit at the table together. Not enough seating for all 8 of us in the living room either. Kitchen was well stocked and had the basics in everything (toilet paper, towels, shampoo, soap, etc). Easy walk to beach, loved it!

We had such a great time staying here! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The walkable beach access made it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time we wanted, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing. The views were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Being surrounded by beaches really gave us the best of both worlds! You could take a peaceful walk along the shore or jump right in and splash around in the water. It was the perfect getaway spot. We’d definitely love to come back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Our stay here was wonderful! The house was well laid out, and really fit our needs well. We had 9 people in our group but needed a lot of separate sleeping space. It worked great. The views from the balcony were amazing, the walk to the beach easy, the kitchen well stocked, and parking appropriate. We will be back!

Birdies and Beaches was a beautiful place to stay at. The layout worked well for four adults. The kitchen was laid out nicely and well stocked with supplies and cooking utensils, pots and pans. When we come back to the area, we will check availability here first, before looking elsewhere.
