Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in North Norfolk District

We were very happy with our stay - it was quiet and peaceful, the house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with a lovely garden, close to the sea and to Sheringham centre. We especially enjoyed the coastal path walk and our many stopovers at Whelks Coppers tea rooms. The beach front is lovely on a sunny day (we did get quite a bit of rain but that is the British summer!) I also recommend the nooks and crannies of Peter' s (secondhand) Bookshop, and the fish and chips at Seafare.

Rebecca was very responsive from booking to check out. Very friendly and approachable. The accommodation exceeded all expectations. Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed and more. The food was a lovely surprise! Thank you. The toiletries were amazing too (they smell divine!). Very comfortable to relax and sleep. Really hope to come again and stay longer next time! So much more to explore!

The Lodge was a great base for us to explore the North Norfolk coast. Set in a quiet small characterful village,our lovely little bolthole was ideal. Well equipped and with use of the cottage garden,the Lodge suited us just fine. Jan and Dave were perfect hosts,available but inobtrusive. Thanks for a great stay. We had a very enjoyable stay in Twixt. The cottage was a perfect location and with the amazing weather it was great not having to go far in the car! We loved the quay and the walk to the beach, along with sampling food at the many local pubs and restaurants. Our dog Monty loved swimming in the water in the creek. We would definitely consider booking in again in the future.

An excellent location as a base to visit coast and inland locations. A tight turn off the main road - so just be aware of cars speeding round the corner. Attention to detail was excellent from the hosts - fresh flowers, dog blankets and the largest welcome ‘pack’ we’ve encountered, including a number of homemade products - over and beyond expectation. We had the most wonderful time staying at The Little Barn in Topcroft. It is a well kept and comfortable cottage, with all the amenities you could want. We loved the location as it is tucked out of the way of the busiest areas but still well connected to the coast and towns/cities for trips out. Hannah is a superb host who will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and settled (providing us with some delicious home made apple juice too!). We will definitely be returning and would recommend!

This was a lovely and comfortable home for the 3 of us. Best part was the incredible outdoor garden and terrace. We enjoyed the games and books provided too. It was quiet and peaceful. Hannah was very friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay. One word of caution - the road passes very close by the front door, so it’s best to be very careful when exiting (especially for those who normally look left for traffic).

Great property, great host. The house is exactly as the pictures, clean and has everything you need. Short walk to the centre of Sheringham and the beach, ideal for us as one of our party had limited mobility. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again.

Booked at very late notice but thankfully Ben got back to me quickly and was very responsive throughout the stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need and more. Felt very cosy and relaxed there. Loved the working stove. Great spacious parking facilities. There’s a hotel about 10 mins walk away that serves good food. Perfect location for exploring Norfolk.

This is a very special find. Every detail of the flat has been prepared with love and care. It’s a creative quirky space full of beautiful things. The location is only a couple of minutes from the start of the arty precinct leading into Norwich; lots of cafes and bars and studios on the walk into town. I used the back stairs once I got in- just easier to navigate . Communication from Tony and Caryn was friendly and clear and went above and beyond. Thanks😌

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sheringham. The flat was extremely well located and was spacious and comfortable. Such a bonus to have outside space too. Will definitely return.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

A lovely peaceful spot with pleasant village walk to the river from the door, as well as easy access to the main road. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed and felt homely and clean. The riverside location was lovely, although rather more overgrown than shown on the pictures. Would definitely stay again.

This is our maybe 5th or 6th stay at Ivor and Karen’s place, this is always our first choice when we come to Norwich. Their place never disappoints. Everything is as noted in the description, but always better. They think of every eventuality. Given the hot weather recently they even provided a fan. We will definitely be back. Better than any hotel!

Amazing apartment , very clean and well appointed. the location was perfect , an easy short walk to all attractions, restaurants and Norwich centre .

This is the second time we've stayed at this apartment and we've really enjoyed both times. It is superbly located just off Cromer centre, so easy access to shops and restaurants, but also very quiet. The apartment is well appointed and spacious and feels very homely. Fran and David are responsive and friendly in their communication. Overall: excellent.

Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

Had a great few days’ stay in Annetta’s house – loved the character of the place and surrounding gardens. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Annetta is extremely friendly and helpful and her contact beforehand was very good. Nice touches include the hot tub and breakfast bits in the fridge. This is an ideal location to relax and explore the coast and inland. I would definitely recommend and intend to return to explore more of the area. Many thanks!

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
