Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

We had a fantastic month staying at Robin’s accommodation. It is a really nice, clean and practical flat with everything you need. But the real win is the location. Being in the heart of Wells, there were fantastic shops, cafes and bars all within yards of the flat. Parking was never a problem. And of course the beautiful sea front is just at the end of the street. Robin was very discreet but very quick to help for the one or two queries we had. Tremendous stay, we look forward to coming back!

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Trudy and Bob were both so welcoming (as was Cooper the cat!) super friendly & gave us such a warm welcome on arrival! The place is lovely, super clean & comfortable! They were both so accommodating for our visit & even got some puzzles and books out for my daughter, which was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for having us & would 100% recommend. Very clean accommodation, with everything as shown. While the bedroom was right on the road it was very quiet, as few cars use the road at night, even though we had the windows open. Reepham is a lovely village, with a nice cafe, pub, corner store, supermarket etc. We cycled on the trail on the old railway line and on the roads, which were quiet.

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

Lovely apartment and excellent location. Jane was extremely easy to communicate with. The apartment was warm and cosy for a winter stay. We had a fantastic time and would recommend.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

My wife and I had wanted to explore Norwich and the surrounding areas, so we booked a week in 15 Clarendon Road. Not only was it extremely well appointed and felt like 'home from home' from the outset, but all communication, both with the agent, Swift, and directly with the owner, Andrew, was pleasant, friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly look to book Clarendon Road again when staying in Norwich.

Stayed here for a week. Had a lovely stay, beautiful surroundings, place was really clean and organised when I arrived. Met Steve and Kim a few times and they were really friendly and great to chat with, and they made sure that I knew I could ask for anything that I needed. Very pleasant stay, would stay here again for sure

cosy little house about 20 minutes’ walk from the centre of Cambridge, where all the main sights are. The bed and bedding were super comfy. The property manager was great, really responsive and helpful, and sorted out all my requests without any fuss. It did get a bit hot during the day (summer heat!), but host kindly brought over a stand fan even though it wasn’t written in the listing amenities. Also having Aldi and Iceland just around the corner is just handy. lovely stay!

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

Host was really helpful and communicated well throughout Apartment has pretty much everything you could need we loved the ice machine as it was scorchio probably could have done with fans for the bedroom although there is one Dyson fan for the apartment. Little studio with everything you need. very quiet and very good bed. very close train station, less than 10 minutes on foot.

We had a fabulous stay at Lime Tree lodge! So nice to enjoy the hot tub in the evening and relax. Very peaceful and comfortable. Thank you!

It was great time .The hot tub was clean and bubbly .The whole place was warm and fun .Best place for relaxation and staycation .The host was very helpful and responsive.Though we came late she stayed there and gave a quick orientation and even made the tub for us loved it🥰

The bed was comfortable, and the private bathroom was spacious. The household dog is incredibly friendly—truly the best companion! The area is quiet and within walking distance of the local market and bus station. I loved having access to the kitchen and living room, which made my stay much more convenient.

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

A great find, ideal for birding at RSPB Frampton Marsh and Freiston Shore. Quiet, very comfortable & well equipped, though didn't get chance to try the hot tub with the weather! Hope to return.

Exactly as listed and in the photos. One of the best we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in lots all over the world! Pristinely clean throughout, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we’d definitely stay again.
