Lake views can be admired directly from the cottage's spacious kitchen and living room areas, the spa section, or the atmospheric barbecue canopy. The cottage has an indoor and outdoor hot tub, one of which is available according to the season. The lake is accessible from the end of the dock or from the beach. For families with children, there are swings and a climbing frame in the yard.

Villa Puntarikoski sijaitsee n. 15 min ajomatkan (15 km) päässä Joensuun keskustasta. Ympäristö on hyvin rauhallinen ja lähellä luontoa ja Höytiäisen järveä. Lähin yleinen ranta sijaitsee n. 1 km päässä talosta. Taloon kuuluu iso oma pihapiiri, jossa pihasauna sekä autokatos. Takapihalla iso kivitetty terassi, jossa grilli ja palju sekä kivipöytä tuoleineen. Jos sinulla ei ole omaa autoa ja tarvitset kyydin Joensuusta, niin kysy asiaa, osaan antaa hyvät ja edulliset vinkit liikkumiseen.

Lintula

Upea luonnonläheinen hirsimökki kalliolla, metsän keskellä. Tilavalla ulkoterassilla kylpytynnyri, erillinen kesäkeittiö, grilli ja iso ruokailuryhmä. Mökissä on tupakeittiö varusteineen ja vuolukivinen hellauuni, makuutila ja tunnelmallinen olohuone takalla. Yläkerrassa makuutila sekä parveke. Mökistä löytyy myös sähkölämmitys, ilmalämpöpumppu, sekä puusauna vesisäiliöisellä kiukaalla ( erillinen käsisuihku ). Alueelta löytyy kaksi kompostoivaa WC:tä. Vesi tulee omasta kaivosta terassille.

Built on top of Myllymäki with your own hands, it's easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the stunning scenery. The entire window the size of the end wall frames the stunning lake scenery. The farm has about 40 acres of animal grazing forest that guarantees easy and great hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10km by car or 6km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.
