Do you miss stopping in the middle of nature? Savukallio is a Lappish wilderness cabin that invites you to breathe deeply and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The core idea of the place is: “Everyone is a hermit at heart” – a place to reset the mind and clarify your own thoughts. The cabin, built from old smoke sauna logs, is located in the lake landscape of Savo, about 70 km from Kuopio. The property offers a simple, authentic and natural wilderness experience for couples and travelers seeking peace and quiet.

Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. For those interested, we will be happy to introduce the arboretums during the visit. The household includes two Lapphunds, a cat, a rooster and 6 hens. Breakfast available

Relax in the soft steam of a big SAUNA in this peaceful location apartment. In the bedrooms, waiting FOR you, ready-pedated beds for a towel. In a large bedroom, a good 180x200cm double bed + big Smart TV, in a smaller one, 2 high-quality 80x200cm beds. In the fireplace room, you'll find a refrigerator, water point, microwave, water, and coffee maker, etc. If necessary, we can also make a bed (80 x 200 cm) from the sofa bed in the fireplace room. Coffee, tea, and final cleaning with dishes are included!

Beautiful log house on the shore of Lake Pielinen. A quiet location, stunning scenery and good outdoor opportunities best describe this place. In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

Small log cabin with spectacular lake views. There is an extendable bed (2x80cm) in the cabin, as well as a kitchenette (running cold water). Sheets and towels provided. Electricity. Rent includes private use of a spacious wood burning sauna by the lake, about 2h per day (sauna also used by the owners). You can book your slot at arrival. Access to hot water in sauna (heated by wood). Dry toilet next to the sauna. Use of a rowing boat. Cabin is located 50 meters from the house of the owners.

Höytiäisen rannalla olevassa mökissä saat viettää lomaa ainutlaatuisen järvimaiseman äärellä. Puulämmitteisessä saunassa on pehmeät löylyt ja näkymä järvelle. Lattialämmitys ja takka lämmittävät talvella. Ruuan valmistaminen Airfryerillä, mikrossa tai terassilla kaasugrillillä. Juomaveden saa suoraan keittiön hanasta. Vieraan käytössä on koko mökki, jossa nukkumatilat kahdelle, sauna, wc ja pieni keittiö. Ilmalämpöpumppu takaa sopivan sisälämpötilan. Keskustaan 13km. Ruokakauppoihin 8 km.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Vaikka pieni, moderni ja tyylikäs saunatupa on osa asuttua pihapiiriämme, löydät täältä rauhaa, luontoa, yksityisyyttä ja ihanat maisemat. Vesistössä loistavat kalastusmahdollisuudet. Lisäksi kohde soveltuu erinomaisesti etätyöskentelyyn! Lahden uimaranta on matala ja sopii hyvin lapsille. Käytössä soutuvene ja SUP-lauta. Kalastukseen vuokrattavissa moottori veneeseen. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana.

Rantamökki

Upea saunamökki (lattia-ala n.39 neliötä) kirkasvetisen Valkealammen rannalla! Yöpyä voi neljä henkilöä. Mökillä on hiekkaranta , talvella avanto. Lammella voi pilkkiä tai kesällä kalastaa. Puusaunan ihanasta löylyistä voi pulahtaa uimaan. Rentoudu luonnon rauhassa. Lähistöllä on mm. Kontiolahden ladut ja polut, ampumahiihtostadion , Paiholan frisbeegolfrata, kesäkahvila (n. 6 km), Pielisjoki ja Joensuun (21km) ja Kolin kansallispuisto (n . 54km)tarjoamat palvelut ja aktiviteetit!
