In the cottage on the shore of Höytiäinen, you can spend your holiday by a unique lake landscape. The wood-heated sauna has soft steam and a view of the lake. Underfloor heating and fireplace for heating in winter. Cooking with an Airfryer, microwave or on the terrace with a 5-burner gas grill. Drinking water is available directly from the kitchen faucet. The guest has access to the entire cottage, which has sleeping facilities for two, a sauna, a toilet and a small kitchen. Nearby historical and hiking destinations include Rukajärventie, Änäkäinen, jongun river, bear trail, and recreational fishing and hiking area. ask for autumn weekends with a message, they are negotiable even though they are provisionally closed for your own use. Our cottage has a living room, kitchen, 2 sleeping alcoves and a sauna. While on vacation, you can sit on the terrace to enjoy the lake view or read a book while lounging on a hammock. The gentle sandy beach opening to the south is well suited for children's water games and there is a lot to do for families in the cottage and the surrounding area. Clean log cabin in Koli, direct view of Lake Pielinen

Cozyly decorated, beach side three-bedroom log cabin in a cozy villa area. The windows and yard of a 78 square meter (59m2 +19m2) cottage offer stunning views of Pielinen. The dock is about 30 meters away, so a dip from the sauna into the lake is a great success! There is a fixed cast grill in the lawn yard, plus a Weber charcoal grill. During the summer season, you have access to a rowboat (20 €/visit) and a SUP board (free of charge). In the heat, a new air source heat pump keeps the cottage cool.

Beautiful log house on the shore of Lake Pielinen. A quiet location, stunning scenery and good outdoor opportunities best describe this place. In winter, you can access the ski slope from the ice in front of the cottage. In addition, the ski slopes of the Timitra ski resort are within walking distance of the cottage. In the courtyard of the cottage, there are good downhill skiing opportunities, as well as a great setting for winter activities. However, city services are available a few kilometers away.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Grandma's cottage with sauna

A 100-year-old log cabin with amenities in the courtyard of the main house for year-round living. For guests staying several nights during the heating season, in addition to electricity, there is oven heating. Wood is ready, guidance or heating if needed. Good road connections. Outokumpu is about 10 minutes away and Joensuu is about 30 minutes away. Koli is about an hour away and Valamo Monastery is about 30 minutes away by car. In addition, there is a dog cage outside with a small hut.

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers.
