The River View House was wonderful! Very quiet and peaceful - great for the 7 guests we brought. The river was fun for a quick dip once in a while. The home was clean and spacious. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen dishes for us. Nancy was super responsive and helpful. We are planning to come back to the same rental again! We didn’t add on the studio, but likely will next time if we have more guests or more than 2 couples.

Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

We had a family and friends gathering and Christine’s place was perfect. We loved the proximity to the bluffs and views of the ocean in the distance. Clean, comfortable, beautiful kitchen, spacious indoors and out. We highly recommend this place!

We loved the entire property. the kids and dogs played ball in the front yard and the fire pit was amazing for smores. The gas fire pit on the porch was great for watching the sunset over the ocean. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Being dog friendly was so important to our family. We loved the pool at the community center, the beaches and the Skunk train. Great birthday celebration house.

We had a peaceful and relaxing three days in Tom’s cottage. Sitting in the hot tub while bird watching over the bay was a treat. The cottage, with its big picture windows, wood interior and cosy fireplace encouraged us to unwind. We had oyster and wine at the big dining table while playing records on Tom’s turntable. The beautiful and unique setting over the water was fantastic and we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. We hope to return again soon.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The location is perfect—just minutes from downtown Mendocino and with easy access to Fort Bragg. The house itself is completely private, impeccably maintained, and designed for comfort. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept so well. The views are absolutely stunning—you can look out over the coastline and the ocean right from the living room or while soaking in the amazing hot tub. Watching the sunset from there was a highlight of our trip. Communication with the owner was outstanding—clear, responsive, and very welcoming. This place was the perfect setting for a special getaway, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

It is the second time that I have been to this house. As beautiful and peaceful as the first time. It was an awesome 4 days with hiking, walking and just R&R. Can’t wait to come back.

We enjoyed our time at The Bluffs last week. It's a wonderful, cozy and comfortable place to spend time unwinding. Great ocean views. We liked the convenience of taking the walking trail in front of the house which leads out to the bluff trail. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking meals: pots, pans, utensils, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc. Quiet and peaceful area with deer and other wildlife. We recommend picking up a map of Sea Ranch area at the association office if you want to explore the beaches and trails more. John was very prompt with any questions we had about the house. Came back for a second stay, and was as wonderful and peaceful as we remembered it to be. The home is an incredible retreat - great views, and everything we needed for a relaxing two days away from the city. Appliances are top notch, and everything is thoughtfully laid out. This place is a perfect getaway for a family or group of friends, with 4 comfortable bedrooms. The house is well-furnished with beautiful artwork. It's also in a great location, within walking distance of great trails along the ocean.

Wonderful space for 5 friends, a dog and a baby! Gorgeous ocean view, right next to trails, and close to town. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking on nights in. Main bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sofa bed easily accommodated a single person. Would definitely stay again!

The location was perfect, perched on a hill and nestled against the woods, yet facing the ocean, offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect balance of serenity and stunning scenery. The house is very well done and clean and has all the amenities. It is slightly off the beaten path which is perfect if you are looking to get away. Very modern kitchen. Comfy bed. Gualala town is 10 minutes away. A lot of hiking places nearby. Quiet

What a serene respite away into such a calm, beautiful, thoughtful space. Pack what you need and just stay awhile, the environment is one where you never want to leave. Very comfy bed, such thoughtful decor, and a calming outdoor space. It's tucked into a little neighborhood in Bolinas with dirt roads and the best smells imaginable : ) that's west Marin for you. Amazing location and fantastic house. We were there for a family celebration and not only did we rent the main house, but we also rented the other 3 listings on the property. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy each other's company. We were able to play games on the lawn and cook breakfast for all in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.
