Hummingbird House is a tiny house decorated in a vintage style, with quality craftsmanship, making use of all recycled building materials. Tucked away on 20 acres with gardens all around, goats, hens, ducks, dogs and cats. The house is newly remodeled and has kitchen, bathroom, double bed, single bed/nook/couch, and dining area table and chairs, with modern heating and air conditioning. Coffee, herbal teas from the garden, sugar, honey, creamy goat milk and cheese are all supplied from the farm.

The entire property sleeps 14-18 comfortably. Included in nightly price is Main House with 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms AND Honeymoon Cottage with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Caretaker Cottage (2 bedrooms/1 bathroom) may be rented for an ADDITIONAL FEE if needed. The main home has Wi-Fi, cable TV, and billiard room complete with pool table and plenty of games. We are 10 min drive from the American River, half hour from Lakes Folsom/Clementine, and an 1.5 hours from Tahoe. Our downtown location means we are 1/4 mile from the freeway, with some ambient noise when outside. We are dog friendly, and hope you love our home.

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.
