Only 3 homes tucked away down this long driveway. Feels rural but close to Grocery store, downtown and to confluence!

In the main room, a 65 inch TV, and 43 inch in the cozy bedroom. Located just minutes from Grass Valley/Nevada City and the beautiful downtown Auburn. 15 minutes off HWY 80 and just over an hour to Truckee and Tahoe! Laundry room available, parking at unit, seating area outside.

The Inkling -Studio Guesthouse Downtown 2 beds

The Inkling is a separate apartment attached to a Victorian home built in 1890. It is in a quiet neighborhood near beautiful scenic canyons. Close to Old Town Auburn, you may enjoy restaurants, antique shops, family-friendly activities, the American river, and many, many trails. It is less than .5 miles from downtown as well. There is an enclosed grassy area for our human and canine guests. We live in the main house with our 3 small dogs Lola, Leo and Charlie.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. You will be greeted with beauty and fantastic views nestled among giant Ponderosa Pines, a wide variety of wildlife and birds galore. Bald eagles have been spotted on occasion! As a guest you will have access to a very private spot on the river where you can try your luck panning for gold or fishing. You can also just relax while reading a good book, skipping rocks or just dip your toes in the water.

This home is located nearest to the confluence and so many hiking trails, biking trails, and outdoor spots so unique to the Gold Country.
