This unique studio space has an open floor plan, murphy bed, vaulted ceilings and custom kitchen. Located one mile from campus corner, downtown and the University of Oklahoma there is easy access to stores, restaurants, museums and a 25 minute drive to Oklahoma City.

The great room features a comfortable seating arrangement, including a queen sofa bed and two accent chairs. A coffee table sits in the center, surrounded by plants. Natural light enters through blinds, and a ceiling fan adds functionality to the space.
