This is a quiet neighborhood with NOT a lot of traffic. There are many businesses nearby, including: iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property. We supply poop bags for dogs, so please use to clean up after the pups.
